Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

I've added a few things to my list, so check it out! http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=9816674

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

I have some huge Spider lily bulbs if anyone interested. Probably 5 of them maybe more http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/71140/

Still cleaning up the yard so may find more things :)

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

I'll take a couple!

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

You got it Stephanie :)

Arlington, TX

I would take a spider lily.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

I saw a liatris mucronata baby out in my garden this morning. I'll pot it up if someone wants it! http://www.wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=LIMU

Arlington, TX

Stephanie I will take a couple strawberry gomphrena.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Great! I'll dig a few more up.

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

newtonsthirdlaw you got it :)

Grapevine, TX(Zone 8a)

Stephanie, can I have a liatris?

ilovejesus99, can I have a spider lily?

Anyone have any spare rock roses? It doesn't look like mine came back this year.

Arlington, TX

I think I can find one for you Dennis. I have a few here and there.

Houston Heights, TX(Zone 9a)

I have some on my list of haves. Will bring you one Dennis. It's from the one you gave me!

(Becky), Lipan, TX(Zone 7b)

Wow I just had to do the same, got out a notebook and went through the haves and wants to make sure I didn't miss anybody, sooooo if I promised something to someone and didn't make an edit to my list, please remind me!! Tx_flower_child, I don't mind hairline cracks at all, I have quite a few that have been cracked at least a year and no problem with them yet. Also this fat kid wants more cake! Oink oink! LOL

Does anyone have any of the red/yellow columbine left? A. Canadensis I think?

ilovejesus, I'd love one of your spider lily bulbs if you still have any :)

Covenantgardens, I'd like to ask for one or two of your native pecan seedlings if you still have some to spare as well. I figured you'd be out of those by now but if no one else is asking, I will! LOL what a piggy here huh?

Steadycam - Thanks for the passiflora, firespike and flame acanthus.

ILJ99 - I've got you down for 4 o'clock seeds. Would love a spider lily bulb if you still have one. And I'm the one who asked you to define yard art. If I find some, you've got it!

Frostweed - Found a nursery today and scored a couple of flats. Will go back this week for more. Do you want flat flats or will you also take the not so flat flats? (Trust me. If I knew how to describe them I would.) The latter are designed to hold 6 − 8 plants. I'll bring 'em and you can decide. If no one wants them, I'll take them home to recycle.

SPWD - Think I have some crackpots for you.

Josephine, Arlington, TX(Zone 8a)

Yes, the flats and the shaped trays too, thank you.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Dennis, I'll pot up the liatris for you.

Houston Heights, TX(Zone 9a)

SWPD, I have some pecan seedlings that are not native. They are fat paper shell variety about 1.5 " long and about as big around as a man's finger. (The nuts, not the seedlings!) LMK

(Becky), Lipan, TX(Zone 7b)

Thanks flower child, crackpots for the crackpot! Hehe ;)

Steadycam3, yes please on the seedlings!

A little OT here, but y'all were talking about yard art and I had to tell you guys what my buddy is doing, I'm going to copy *ahem* imitate the look myself.. She is using wine bottles, cork side down, lined up side by side, and buried up to their necks, as border for a flowerbed. All different colors, I've given her some blues and greens but she uses any and all colors, and it's really cool :))

Houston Heights, TX(Zone 9a)

Nobody wants a coral vine or it's also called Queen's Wreath? I started a bunch of seed so I have a couple dozen easily.

SWPD: I love the bottle idea. I've always wanted a bottle tree but this sounds easier b/c I don't know how to weld to make the tree itself. I may copy your idea. Have to see if there's any winos around.

I'm going to look today for yard art as well as any extra bird feeders. I think I may have some whirligigs or partial ones. I know I have a cool plant stand that is/was white but rusty and will hold 3 pots. Very cute but very tipsy. It's in my garage b/c I got tired of trying to keep it standing up. I'll check to see what size pots it holds and then see if you or anyone else wants it.

Oh, and I'm glad you didn't take offense at my use of 'crackpots' as opposed to 'cracked pots'.

JOSEPHINE: I scored 12 Flat flats this morning from some yard guys across the street. Can get more of the Not Flat flats this week.

STEADYCAM: I love what I've always called Queen's Wreath, but am worried about growing it. My fence only has a few years left and correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't any type of vine contribute to weakening an already weak wooden fence?

(Becky), Lipan, TX(Zone 7b)

Flower child, I've seen people use wooden posts sunk into the ground as the "trunk" for the bottle tree, then hammer metal spikes into that as the "branches". The wine bottles can then be easily slid on and off the spikes. One of those projects I keep saying I'm gonna get around to doing.. LOL! And btw you can't offend me without purposely trying to do so, I'm married to a Marine, and they are the most offensive creatures on the planet!

Steadycam, I'd love a coral vine! Feel free to tell me no to any, otherwise I will continue to glut! Oink oink!! 🐷

'Where have all the people gone? Long time no trading.' (Sorry for that.) But really, folks. I see where many attendees are not pre-trading. And some are peeps that usually pre-trade. Or at least they did last fall. What's up with that? Don't make me butcher more songs. Tell us what you might like to have. I might be able to liberate more & different plants from neighbors and also from just patrolling the alleys around here.

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

Alot of the things I offer my family here I don't offer in any other local swaps. You all have been here for me for 11 years on DG and I love (all) of you!!! I have all of you to now I believe on the Spider lilies. I have more of them so if anyone wants one keep asking and I am pretty sure I have one for any who wants. These I dug and are starting to sprout leaves but they are not in pots.

Smockette usually doesn't pretrade but if you have anything extra you can put her name on it. She is bringing her mom and Smockette like me goes to other plant swaps this month and can trade what she doesn't want.

I am leaving up my seeds list till tomorrow night. Please see if I have anything you may want. For ANYTHING on my trade list I do not need a trade back. So please ask. I absolutely love to share and mean it when I say no trade necessary.

I am selling pecans on another site for 3.00 a lb. They are the huge paper shell if anyone is interested.

Trying to get with the program here.

Becky - Yes, you can have native pecan seedlings.

Ilovejesus99 - If someone else wants the elderberries, let them have them. But if no one else wants them, I'll take them and plant closer together. I'm putting in a privacy hedge along one side of the yard.

Stephanie - May I have prairie phlox and willowleaf aster if you still have some?

Dennis - May I have lyreleaf sage (either color) if you still have some?

Sheila - May I have frostweed if you still have some?

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Sure thing! I'll get some potted up for you. If Dennis doesn't have any lyreleaf sage, I have one ready to go and can probably find a few more for you.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Does anyone have any of the purple gomphrena?

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

I can dig some lyre leaf sage if anyone thinks I need too. They are all over where there use to be old homesteads. I also have what I think is a Louisiana Iris that needs thinned out. I call it blue but some probably call it purple. Will see if I can post a picture of it later.
