Looks like Utah

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

Bill the rock pics are fantastic!

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Have you seen the commercial where it looks like a guy is hanging from a rock arch. I surely hope that it doesn't give people ideas to try that out west or in any parks.

I picked a tick off whilst camping. ICK!!!

Thomaston, CT

Aren't they awful? They give me the creeps!

South Hamilton, MA

DH has had a couple ticks here. they seem to be more active in the spring.

Thomaston, CT

Pulled 3 off the dog today.....and this after she had her tick meds applied a few days ago!

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Mine wasn't a deer tick, but the site is so itchy. I tried not to scratch it. Sometimes a good scratch is needed.

Thomaston, CT

Keep an eye on it & if you're feeling poorly, get to the doc!

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Will do, dear!!!

South Hamilton, MA

The other ticks have diesases as well. If it was attached, I would suggest a Dr.

Thomaston, CT

Yes, unfortunately ticks do carry several other awful diseases!

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Oh, I know. My uncle got rocky mtn spotted fever as a child and developed a form of epilepsy from it. It is looking much better. Thank you for your concern. Maybe I just react more like I do now with skeeter bites. If I can find it, my mom had a hat with netting. I will make sure to take that to Alaska. I understand the skeeters in Alaska are voracious. Could they be that much worse than south Jersey? I'll let you know.

Thomaston, CT

My brother never regained consciousness, & passed yesterday.....He was a lovely, kind, decent person, a 'gentle' man in every respect....he will be terribly missed by all of us. My mother has periods of lucidity where she's asking why he hasn't visited....we don't know what to tell her.....

Lexington, MA(Zone 6a)

Marilyn, you have my deep sympathy and prayers. It is clear you have a wonderful family. Hugs and prayers for all of you.

Thomaston, CT

Thank you, Louise......hard to believe he's gone....we spoke most evenings, so that is a difficult time for me.....However, I know that he is at peace, & that's the important thing right now.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Just popping in to say "hi" still busy with work, I actually have my friend coming couple times a week to help with filing and mindless paperwork that I just don't have time for, feels like I'm not drowning so much now

With all the wacky weather nice to see colors even if it's a bit chilly every other day

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss Marilyn ((((((hugs))))))
