Stephanie -

Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I can't seem to do anything with my link except to get there.

If you know how to update it, please do.
And if you can give me instructions, even if in a D-Mail, please do.

Thanks!

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Go to your original post in this thread, not to your link. Then click the "edit" button and put your info there.

Dallas, TX

Done. But now, how to delete the latter one? I'm giving up for now or I'll never get a way from this computer!

Beverly Pflugerville, TX(Zone 8b)

Shiela-FW Thank you for the offer of pink mexican petunia.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

flower child.... When you get a chance just "edit" highlight it all and type "moved".

Dallas, TX

Whew! Thanks for that last bit of instruction, Sheila.
So would anyone believe that I used to be a mainframe systems programmer?

Dallas, TX

Sheila, I noticed that you have some Lyre Leaf Sages. I'd love to take one or more off your hands. I've been eyeballing them at various nurseries here since last spring.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Sheila, I'll save you a foetida. I've got plenty of runners in my flower bed. If you'd like it before the RU, I can drop it off for you. I have one all ready to go. I know I need one for Debnes, too.

Can I get a foxglove from you? I think mine died. :(

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

You have got the Lyreleaf Sages flower child, and the foxgloves Stephanie.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Sounds great! Thank you!

Dallas, TX

Thanks, Sheila for the Lyreleaf sages!

Dallas, TX

Stephanie -
So you know, you have until approx. Oct 5th to decide if you want a bag or 2 or 3 of leaves that my neighbors will undoubtedly put out for curbside pick-up by the City of Dallas. Pick-up could be any day beginning Oct. 7th. No warranties on what's really in these bags, might have leaves, grass clippings, twigs, beer cans (kidding), etc. You won't hurt my feelings if you decide to decline.

Houston Heights, TX(Zone 9a)

Bezzie, I added you to my promised list for the Pink Mex Pet.

Houston Heights, TX(Zone 9a)

Bezzie and others, I put some coral vine cuttings to root today. Hope they willl be tuggable by
RU time. Otherwise I'll give cuttings.

Fort Worth, TX

Haves:

Seeds for Broccoli - LOTS of them, the bees did their magic and mine went to seed, it was fertile!
Seeds for black eyed susan, wild poppy.
Seeds for Hopi Red Dye Amaranth, just harvested today. Small leaves are good for salads, tall attractive plant, mature seeds can be ground into flour.
Potted Lantana camara, 1 gal range, several, as I find them I will pot them
Peach iris (Iris Beverly Sills) smells pretty bearded iris
Summer Snowflake Leucojum Aestivum bulbs
Tazetta Narcissus fragrant, highly perfumed pale daffodil, large bulb.
nandina - the short shrubby variety 2 or 3.
Red turks cap, 2 or 3 small, probably 32 oz drink cup for pots.
Pond plants: Pickerel Rush, White hardy water lily, possibly hardy peach or pink water lily, no yellow. inquire
about other pond plants. If you want pond plants of any kind please bring a bucket, I do not pot mine, they are grown loose in water as a rule. So you will be receiving a wet rooted messy plant... your car wants a bucket,

Wants:
Camellia Sinensis Tea shrubs, I drink a ton of tea.
Spearmint
Peppermint
Artichoke - a tasty perennial variety
Garlic
White Yarrow
Thank you for getting this going Stephanie

Gypsi--May I have one, two or a few of the peach colored iris. texas_flower_child has promised me some, but she isn't sure that she can come. Depends on the birth of a baby in her family.

Houston Heights, TX(Zone 9a)

Im adding this to my list. I have Cuban oregano and Plectranthus Wild Blue Yonder. I dont know which one this is. They look very much alike to me.

Thumbnail by steadycam3
Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Gypsi - I would love a few of your Summer Snowflake bulbs. I have that one but would love more for another area. Please check my list, I don't have anything on your wants list. Oh and I would love a couple of the Tazetta Narcissus too.

Fort Worth, TX

You may certainly have iris, snowflakes and narcissus. I will check lists to see what I might need after I get my flowerbeds and garden tidied, in a day or so. Right now, I've been watering and mother nature has filled me up, and I'm just grateful.

Sheila, - I would like a frostweed please. I have no idea what it is so it will be an adventure

OH, your Iris is Beverly Sills? That's the only TBI I own back in Massachusetts! It is gorgeous, isn't it?

Fort Worth, TX

It is gorgeous, and I THINK it is Beverly Sills. I've had them since 1992. Got from a friend in the iris society, and Beverly sills description matches what i have.

Milton, MA(Zone 6a)

love that iris!
