Will figure out trades later. sure to have confetti Lantana and peach Iris, maybe some summer snowflakes. I plan to be there.
2013 N Central TX RU in Arlington**OCTOBER 20TH** ATTENDANCE
I love Lantana but Ray breaks out head to toe if he touches the stuff.
Gypsi--Iris are on my want list. I would like a peach one if you haven't promised them all to someone.
Gypsi - I'm another iris lover. If you've got a peach or any other color to spare, I'd love one (or two or three or or or . . . )
Bezziec - I don't yet know exactly what I have to trade in terms of irises, but I will have some tall bearded irises. They're yellow or maybe white or if you're lucky, they'll be one or two that are dark purple. In other words, it will be a gamble in terms of color because I honestly don't know. I also don't know how old an iris has to be to be considered 'historic', but I think these would qualify. So if you or anyone else is up for a gamble, let me know. Not sure how many I'll be bringing.
I will have some purple bearded Iris at the swap also.
Thanks tx-flower-child. I'm up for any color.iris. And Frostweed-----purple is my favorite color for any flower. Would like to have a few.
You got it Bezziec.
Hey peeps, this is the attendance thread. Let's move to the trade thread and get that thread going! http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1332506/
We're so easily distracted, aren't we? LOL
Agreed, Stephanie, and will try to abide. But first, let me just reply to Josephine that I'd love a purple iris or two.
You got it FlowerChild!!!

My list is up on the trade thread but not linked. I lifted many peach iris this year and stored in a big paper bag on my porch. Will go through and check for insect damage as soon as I have time, but they were fine last time I looked.
Peach iris? Iris that are peach-colored? Sounds pretty.
peach colored and scented like grape cotton candy, very nice. Almost put me off all other iris.
Take me off the 'maybe' list and move me to the 'attending' list. Thanks. Joan
I will do that flower child, glad you are able to come. Look forward to meeting you!
Everyone.....take the trading to the trade thread. Thanks!

Just curious since this is my first RU. Do passersby 'stop & shop', or just DG members and their guests?
Just members and their guests, we have it reserved for the whole day.
We don't sell anything at the plant swap, so it is just those members and invited guests as Josephine said. Feel free to invite a friend, just bring a door prizes for them, and sign up for food (later). We are in a dead end area, so we don't have others come by very often.
Sheila you will find Patty and the rest on Facebook. lol Or on ATP!
Sheila, please Remove me from the list of attendees. :( Unfortunately this is the same wkend as my family reunion so I cant make it to the round up. Hopefully next spring I can join in the fun.
Laura, so sorry you won't be able to attend.
Count me in!
I might come but not certain yet. Also, my garden has gone to hell this summer from lack of attention and I don't have much to bring. I will have to survey the damage and look for some seedlings.
C
Sorry Laura, will remove you.
Anna glad you are coming.
Cheryl, I hope you come; just bring seeds, pots or amendments, or just come get hugs.
Come on Guys, we still have a rather small group, time to sign up!!!
If it's not too late can I be included in the list to attend?
I know several of you are probably in shock and fell out of your chair seeing me here and posting, but I have several things that need homes and feel there is no better place then with DG family to share
Of course Phyllis!!! so glad to have you back, it will be great to see you.
Woohoo! So glad to see so many people turning out.
Phyllis! Yes you can come my friend, it will be good to see your face again!
I will bring 2 guests
David and I want to come up so 1 member and 1 guest.
Can we bring our Doxie puppy? We have a kennel if needed during some times.

Adding you Anna.
Sandy... this park does allow dogs, just keep in mind there may be children and food items about! LOL! Glad you are coming.
I keep reminding Ray about this event. He's liable to forget and say "what? You never told me you had a RU!!!" Still planning to come.
I wasn't thinking but "Brat" has a check up on Fri the 11. I will ask the vet about us coming and bringing her. She has just barely gotten over Parvo and it may not be a good idea as she is probably still contagious.
I don't have anyone to watch her and not sure after in the last 2 weeks she almost died that I want to leave her with anyone. Well I guess mark me off coming as We almost lost her and another dog deposited in my yard so I will not put someone elses dog thru that.
I am definitely going to be watching for the spring one. :)
