Ooohhh, I liked the BBC Sherlock Holmes!!! I noticed that too, that Sherlock is in that new movie. Cumberbatch....I like to say that name. Hehehe

Wow, there were quite a few injuries on DWTS. Cudos to Bill Nye for immobilizing his leg and participating. Thankful he was eliminated so he can get treatment on it. Felt bad for Valerie Harper for messing up, but what a trooper she was for smiling through it!!!

Bill Nye, dancing?? Boy if he can be graceful maybe there's hope for me...

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Welllll....he wasn't actually very graceful!!!! That may have been why he slipped at the end of the previous week's dance. That's when he hurt himself.

I always loved to watch his shows.

Lexington, MA(Zone 6a)

You mean Bill Nye the Science guy?

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

The one and only!! (hard to watch too LOL!!!!)

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Yep, it was kind of hard to watch. Kudos to him, though, for stepping out of his comfort zone.

For all you "Downton Abbey" fans, I was elated to find that I could watch all the episodes here. Apparently it aired in England a while ago and won't be shown here til January.

Just watched a really good drama on Netflix
Blood
Two brothers who are cops, go too far in pursuit of a suspect and then have to deal with the consequences. Excellent story.
British production. One of the cops is the actor who played Al Capone on Boardwalk Empire. It amazes me to see British actors who can fool me into thinking they were American. Like Dominic West and Idris Elba

Oh We went to the streaming for that movie.
We had watched first disc of Above Suspicion, a British series based on books by Lynda La Plante. When we put the second disc in we found it was cracked. Complained, got a replacement, IT was cracked too!!
Above Suspicion also was good,- intense moments and somewhat graphic images. Young female cop in British police squad.
