Happy Father's Day to every loving father....your Dad was very handsome, Jo! Mine has been gone for 16 years, but I still hear his whistle......

Lexington, MA(Zone 6a)

Happy Father's Day! We know who you are!

Jo I love your dad's pic. What a treasure.

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

Wishing all the great Dads on this forum a very nice Father's Day. You really deserve it!

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Adding my sentiments to the dads here! Wishing you the bestest day ever!!

Lexington, MA(Zone 6a)

My DH got a unicycle for Father's Day. There was a lot of laughter until we all had to come inside because of rain.

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Sounds like fun!! Kind of like the paper dolls I bought for my dad when I was 7. I wanted to play with them. Bet the kiddos will all be trying it out.

Just a reminder for anyone who is due for a colonoscopy, had one this morning, even the prep wasn't as bad as people say, though I did modify it by drinking clear liquids for 2 days prior and didn't quite finish the cocktails. Positive results.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

would only recommend one if absolutely necessary

Wall-e treed a groundhog this morning, he is still there

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

oh yeah and calling out a distress call...did you ever here that? doesn't sound like an animal more bird like

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

Really Jen?

Thomaston, CT

Time to let the poor little chuck escape....of course, he's not in my garden! Glad the colonoscopy results were good!

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

I'd agree with the colonoscopy Deb mine was a breeze, IV was the worst part. My husband not so much, had polyps removed and his recovery was real painful for a few days.

Groundhogs are no fun, cute until they start doing their damage on your tomatoes.

First full day of babysitting all three grandkids and it's pouring...they are bored already and Dominic won't nap!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Yes, I have to get it one of these days. 50 now. (Ugh.)

Lost a good friend / physical therapist recently to colon cancer at only 48. Was a great person with a wonderful family, and a beautiful woman. Horrible.

Grandson of my friend...she owns MacNamara's Dairy in NH with her kids & grandkids.....is 25 & diagnosed with colon cancer last Sept. He was married on Labor Day. Still having chemo, can use prayers. His name is Jeff.

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

So young robin

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

25? that is really young for colon cancer....I'd be very curious to learn his lifestyle habits, type of foods he eats, etc does it run in his family?

This will make you clean out your pantry for sure!!!

Cleaned out mine a long time ago...

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Uh - pantry or colon???!!

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

Same thing I thought

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

LOL

Thomaston, CT

Jen, I would say that Jeff, growing up on the farm, had a good diet......there's no other cancer in the family....they eat right, & are all stick thin from working all day long....some children are cancer victims at an early age.....
