Cool!

Found this video of the tornado that hit Oklahoma. A man captured it actually forming, watch it grow. My heart sinks just thinking of those people in it's path. Seeing the size of it, I a surprised there weren't more fatalities.

In an another article I was reading it said most tornado's last 5 - 15 minutes, this one lasted 45!

I know they had about a 15min warning so I think that's why there weren't more casualities
but oh my gosh to catch the start of it on film, WHOA...don't know if I'd be brave enough to be outside filming that

My God, did you see what happened in London?? Two guys butchered a soldier in the middle of the day, then did not even try to flee. They talked to people on camera, justifying it. A whole new level. Truly sickening.

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Sickening indeed!!!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

holy cow that guy was crazy for videoing that.. I got sick reading the comments under the video.. don't look at them.. people need help

can't believe how quick it increased in size.. just horrible

thanks JoAnn.. that made me giggle

two yellow swallow tail butterflies are ... uh hum.. fighting outside

;)

Thomaston, CT

Really like the Stonehenge "toes"! You think the swallowtails were breeding already? Guess they don't waste time! The tree frogs are driving me crazy.....seems like they're all over this year.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

looked like it

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

Won't even read about that....

Saw two big fat beetles already...seems real early.

Does not say much for London men that the only ones to confront the animals were women. Amazing. And, England being England, they still won't say it was terrorism. Twilight Zone again.

Lexington, MA(Zone 6a)

At least the BBC acknowledged the killing as terrorism.

Thomaston, CT

This morning's paper said terrorism...maybe.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Wow - the response to yesterday's attack in London? Ban the wearing of military uniforms off base! What cowards. Churchill is rolling over in his grave.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Geez

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Saw the video of them charging the police car when it arrived. The lady cop almost bought it. Her colleague in the back seat had to shoot his auto weapon through the glass to save her. Amazing how brazen they were.

Thomaston, CT

Whole thing was bizarre!

Thomaston, CT

Perfect for today....I feel just like that!

Lexington, MA(Zone 6a)

The sad dog diary must be similar.

too bad I don't go near any stores on weekends or holidays

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

we went 1st thing this morning.. didn't realize the 40 off coupon was for tuesday.. ugh.. store was empty

Thomaston, CT

Had lunch with my niece today, the one who lives near Jo, she spent the weekend with her brother in RI, leaving for home tomorrow. She said yesterday she, Mark, & Mark's 9 year old went out to lunch....Taylor Swift was sitting at the next table. Tess, the 9 year old, went over & said she was a neighbor, & could she have an autograph....I wouldn't never do that, not at 9, nor now!

Asking for some prayers please...my SIL's mom was in a real bad car crash yesterday, she has some serious injuries, a broken neck and a brain bleed among other things. Been going in and out of consciousness all day. This is the same SIL that lost her son, a few years later her 21 year old brother and a few weeks ago her dad, he was only 65. She's strong but this is a lot.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Ugh. So sorry, Ron. Thoughts and prayers your way.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

you got it Ronnie.. how horrible.. hugs

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

yikes! prayers for her and the family

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Hate to ask once again, but yet another aunt has lung cancer. Please do not smoke!

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

oh man, sorry

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

So sorry to hear Ronnie and Victor.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Goodness Ronnie, that's terrible!! I don't care how strong you are...thats way more then a heaping of sorrow & misery!! I will keep her & her Mother and Victors Aunt in my prayers.

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Definitely, dears!!

(Ronnie), PA(Zone 6b)

Oh no Victor, prayers for you too.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Thanks, all. So happy my mom quit 40 years ago, though with her family record, I don't think we can ever be sure.

Thomaston, CT

Awful news for both of you....prayers & hugs.
