Nisi, got you down for Rose Campion

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Nisi can I get Tommy Toe, Tami G, Kellogg's breakfast and Matina?

Thanks!

annapolis, MD(Zone 7b)

ssgardener/Theresa I've got you on the 'Ogon' sedum Pic below. Only one of my tree pots came back but I have purchased another because I like that it does so well in 'shade'.

Wind/Diana Got you on the Twister lipstick plant cutting. Yes. its a houseplant that can summer outside. Literally know nothing about when it flowers but the flowers are red tubes to which hummers would be attracted.

Donnerville/Sally I've got some Snow Drops for you, too

thanks Coleup!!

Roses, if you have any Lupine my Castle left I'd like to try it. I've never had much luck with lupines though. I'll have to find a special place.

Nisi, wow!! what an incredible tomato list you posted!!! I don't have nearly enough time to examine the cultivars before work lol. I'd love to try Jalapeno pepper, Italian heirloom tomato, Cherokee Chocolate and your Goldmans Ital. American. And, I promise to save seeds and share ^_^ I've grown it from you in the past and it wasn't too prolific (enough to get a few for seeds though this time around). Goldmans is so interesting in shape that I took a photo and have it as the background on my blog (http://gardencuizine.com)

thank you!

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Wnd, that was the first time I visited your blog. Well done, dear!!! I loved it. Had fun meandering around. Thank you for making it fun and interesting.

I will work on getting directions t my place ready for a dmail blast.

Mount Bethel, PA(Zone 6a)

NisiNJ I have your Mock Orange and Sweet Pea requests.

Wind I have your Lupine request.

Baltimore, MD(Zone 7a)

Toses---

Perhaps you are the one who gave me a cutting (2 years ago) of the Mock Orange?
Do you remember? I know it was a little 'nothing" in a 4" pot.. I think it was at Holly's Swap.
Yes??? NO????

It did not do anything last year--but I left the pot be.
Now it has grown very well--and I had to go to the Plant ID Forum to find out what it was.
It was ID'd as "Philadelphius"---Mock Orange.

Look familiar????? Gita

Coleup, thank you for the Snow Drops. The purple leaves in your picture are BEAUTIFUL!!! What are they? Coleus or something else?

Mount Bethel, PA(Zone 6a)

Gita, I'm sure not sure if I was the one who gave you the Mock Orange, but I doubt it because I can't find a record of doing this for you.

annapolis, MD(Zone 7b)

Donnerville/Sally Yes, the purple plants are coleus. I believe Gita took some to root and over winter so she may have starts for the swap.

Ric/Ric and Holly/Holly Thought you might like to see pics of the JMs soon to be at your house!

Gita, I had a gotten a mock orange from Sally so maybe it was from her

Dover, PA(Zone 6b)

Gita, My friend Jane brought some Mock Orange to the swap at our house 2 years ago. So if you got it at the swap we hosted it may have come from her.
Coleup, I am looking forward to getting those here and in the ground. BTW what varieties did Ric get?

Dover, PA(Zone 6b)

Thanks for the pics Judy

Baltimore, MD(Zone 7a)

Well, Holly---
I DO remember someone trying to give it to me--kind of trying to convince me to take it...
I had not asked for it--but it was near the end of the swap--and people were palming things off.

I did pot it up--but never saw any 'action". So-the pot was put somewhere in a bed to "survive'.

This spring--it burst forth. If it is not too small to bloom--maybe I will get to see it.
Will pot it in the corner of my YUK bed. Have to dig up the split and dry and rotting trunk of the
Butterfly bush there. Will try my best to dig it up and amend it with some good stuff,
which the maple roots will immediately invade and consume.
Those thin, hair-like roots that form a web all through the soil. The feeder roots--Yep! The Do feed!!!

Alrighty...I've tried to 'catch up'...please check my Want/Haves to make sure I've captured any requests y'all have made. I've been non-stop working and haven't been on for a bit Any more requests please shoot me a dmail as well - please and thank you. Also - I'm reading something about a spread sheet....HELP please...I"m not sure what we're talking about....sorry ahead of time

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

Gita: Is it possible it was a Slender Deutzia from me? I recognize the pot, and it looks like a Deutzia. But I didn't have any mock oranges....

Terp -- I have you covered for the Anemones and Saxifraga (sp?), but not sure about the Winter Aconite which may have disappeared for the season (I haven't checked). If it has, I'll have lots early next spring.

Flowajen -- I'll bring you Deutzia cuttings, and I'll try to root them -- but because they are now flowering they may not root well. If they don't, remind me and I'll bring them to a later swap. They are usually very easy to root.

SS -- I have tons of vinca minor -- you can help yourself. Ditto for Wood Poppy. I won't necessarily dig them for the swap since you are so nearby.

Gita -- do you still have purple aster unclaimed? How tall does it get? Do you still have the Montauk daisies? Your forget-me-nots are blooming so beautifully. There is nothing on your "wants" list -- what would you love? You are so generous....

Roses -- do you still have any mock orange cuttings? I used to have one but I didn't like where it was located and I pulled it out. Now I miss it!

Buttoneer -- Oh I'd love a yellow bleeding heart if you have any left! But how can you do that with your sore shoulder?

I have pink bleeding hearts if anyone wants some -- and I might have whites -- need to check.

Mount Bethel, PA(Zone 6a)

Happy, I will have Mock Orange Cuttings for you. If you have enough, may I have some bleeding hearts?

Silver Spring, MD(Zone 7a)

Would anyone be interested in unidentified climbing roses and clematises from Bec_Nova's garden?

The clematises were cut down in February for transport and some are just starting to grow, so I imagine these are the type that would have preferred a fall pruning. There's still a possibility that they might not be clematises but another climber that flowers. :)

There are two plants that are probably climbing roses. They are small right now but will probably take off once planted in the ground.

There are a few other unidentified plants that need homes. I'm just waiting for them to bloom or leaf out some more before I can identify them!

Mount Bethel, PA(Zone 6a)

I'd appreciate any climbers that are available, SS.

Chantell, you have D Mail.

Silver Spring, MD(Zone 7a)

RRR, I'll put you down for 1 climbing rose and 1 clematis for now.

Silver Spring, MD(Zone 7a)

It looks like I have 2 clematises left. They went fast! It's great how Becky's plants are spreading all over the Mid-Atlantic. :)

annapolis, MD(Zone 7b)

Judy,

I'd love to plant it!

Mount Bethel, PA(Zone 6a)

Thank you, SS. One of each is a real bonus!!

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

Coleup -- I'd love love love any Senecio aureus -- it blooms in the shade? You are singing my song! Is she emptying the bed? Should I come dig?

Roses -- got you down for bleeding heart!

ssgardener -- I'd love a clematis if one remains.

Silver Spring, MD(Zone 7a)

HM, got you down for a clematis. I think that might be it for the clematis. I need to go count the pots...

Baltimore, MD(Zone 7a)

Happy--

No on the deutzia---it was ID'd as a Mock Orange and, possibly, came from Holly's friend at her
Swap 2 years ago. We will see when it blooms....IF it blooms. it is young...

Got you down for an Aster--I do not know how high it grows--gonna guess about 3' max.
Kind of a small shrub....Never noticed it in my neighbor's yard....of course--now the 6' fence blocks everything...
I have a new England perennial aster--blue--I think they may be in the same family.

OK on the Montauk Daisies as well. How many? I have 2 cell packs--could give you a few. They grow huge clumps...
I will also have some of the remaining Hostas for you....seems all the asking is done....do not know the # yet...

I never have much in my "wants"----as you know--I lack space for things...sad--as so many nice things are offered...

Gita

Fairfield County, CT(Zone 6b)

I tend my elderly neighbor's yard and he lost at least two roses this winter. If anyone has a couple of extra roses - any color, any kind as long as they will end up at least 2-3 feet tall, it would be great to repopulate his planter along the front of the house, they will be greatly appreciated.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Added Heliopsis to my 'haves' list, don't know the variety, but spreads like crazy so give it room, great for hot sunny spot....here's the pic

Thumbnail by flowAjen
Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

Gita: On the Montauk, I was going to try them on my awful front hill (dry and mostly sunny; somewhat rocky soil). Do you think they'd be ok there? Please don't say no to anyone else who wants them. Thank you so much for all your generosity -- there must be something small and new you could squeeze in....

Anne Arundel,, MD(Zone 7b)

While we're at it, I have never figured out who gave me a certain Hydrangea at Holly/Holly/ Ric/Ric's first swap. Not the mop head kind with all the same size, but has the different size flowers. It's getting huge, should be gorgeous this year.

happy- i will gladly donate more Montauk daisy. Supposed to be good in tough places. Sometime/ whenever time. I'll just keep it in the back of my mind for propagation. I think stems stuck now would root.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

LOL Jen.. yeah I have that heliopsis as well.. same one as Jen's

Baltimore, MD(Zone 7a)

Happy--
I have enough to give you 2 or 3 plants of the Montauk Daisies.
They should do well on your "YUK" hill....Join the "YUK" club!!!!

What could I squeeze in???? Something small--maybe for a border?
Surprise me!

Gita

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

Ok, Gita, you're on! And Sally and Gita -- thanks for the Mantauks (whether now or in the future)...

Chevy Chase, MD(Zone 7a)

And Critter -- you'll be glad to know that I broke down and bought 2 100-foot hoses to water the back part of my yard (calling "Uncle!"). We have been hand-spraying the favored spot where the Kerri sat and died (it was in the front), but I suppose it needed way more water than we gave it. I've gotta admit that we are a bit erratic -- there is always a week or so in the hottest part of the summer where we mess up and don't water for one week or two -- maybe the Kerria doesn't appreciate that! Can't say that I would!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

ooohh GreenThumb I would love a Penstemon 'Blueberry Taffy' please!!!

Central, MD(Zone 7a)

I would like a Penstemon 'Blueberry Taffy' as well.

Lucketts, VA(Zone 7a)

YankeeCat, Onewish, Terp - Got you covered. Happy - We have several Kerrias that never get any water except what falls from the sky, yet they thrive. I don't think any of ours receive any direct sun. What exposure did yours get?

Dover, PA(Zone 6b)

Greenthumb, Don't want to be piggy but it is such a lovely list could I please of some of these?
Penstemon 'Blueberry Taffy'
Hardy Ageratum, Blue Mistflower
Early Saxifrage
Spotted Wintergreen

Lucketts, VA(Zone 7a)

Holly - Glad you want these plants, don't be shy about asking for others too.
