Dennis, where did you find the Indian Pink? http://wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=SPMA3
I have been wanting it for a long time. You and Cheryl somehow find all those unusual natives.

I'm not sure what kind of fleabane it is. I will dig around underneath and see if the tag is still there. :)

I got the Indian Pink on Nearly Native Nursery, one of my favorite online nurseries. If it ever spreads then I will bring you one, Josephine.

Thank you Dennis, I will see what I can do.

Dug these up while performing at the Houston Celtic Festival. What is it?

A plant I have been lusting after for a while. Tried them from seed twice but no luck. The name escapes my tortured mind ATM but Josephine knows it well.

It took a couple of years for the Indian Pink to take off and start blooming.

Is rouxcrew's flower Herbertia Lahue? I also tried to grow it from seed with no luck.

It is Prairie Nymph, Herbertia lahue a very lovely wildflower http://wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=HELA6

Prairie Nymph, I forgot its name. I can't find a plant and the seed just doesn't want to germinate. I do think its pretty though.

Thanks. Hopefully I can grow this, Cheryl, and if I can I will be happy to share some with you next year. It is a very sweet little plant and has been happy in my bucket since Sunday. Wish you were closer.

I hope it grows for you too.
