NE Pets Forum #25
My short-haired baby needs one of those today!
UGH, noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Hee hee.
Was watching HGTV house hunters and lady was looking for a big enough closet so her dog could have her own section...UGH
Some pet people have some serious issues. My cousin, who has no intention of getting married, only posts dog pics on her FB page. Birthday parties, dress ups, etc. Ugh.
Hello. My name is Memory and I have serious pet issues.
Important first step...
:)
Meow!
Do you have something you want to share with the others in the meeting? Hahaha!
Hair ball...
I miss Bloom County.
As far as dog coats go Bear wanted me to go walking in the snow with him yesterday when it was zero. He was happy out side this morning when it was 10 below and came back inside with snow on his nose where he'd been playing in it. I just figured out why his nose is covered with snow. There's little animals that make tunnels under the snow and he has to explore everyone

I don't have to buy Winston or Harper a coat they can just wear one of mine!!
Suey has one I bought from Land's End after I adopted her.....has a few teeth marks in back from Robs, but I'm glad I have a coat for her in this weather.....
Bill was the best!!! aaaakkkkk!!!!
yeah Memory I am in that group too
:)
I loved Bloom county, I have all the books. My sis used to send the comic to me when our local paper didn't carry it yet
There is another stray showing up at my door now. Meeyow seems to leave him part of his own food. I know the boy is not fixed but I don't know if I can get close enough to him over time to trap and get him "fixed". He is a huge, black cat with a little white patch on his front over his throat - so I call him Locket. I've been seeing him for months and worrying about the huge abcesses he seems to get. I knew he was drinking out of Meeyow's water bowl but today I saw him eating Meeyows left wet food. Sigh.
If you could borrow a trap I think I would start leaving food in it for both of them. If I could borrow a trap long term I think I'd go get a piece of rabbit wire, make a square tube of it and put their food in that. I'd put it just inside so at first they didn't have to go in it to eat. They would at least get used to eating in something that looked like a trap. If it was open at both ends he might not feel as "trapped as he would in something closed at one end. When he's going in it regularly you could substitute the trap for it.
That sounds about the right way to do it. Thanks.
Poor kitty...
Other than the healing abcesses, he looks pretty good - plenty of weight and a beautiful coat. He must be eating a couple of places. :)
very sad :(
Yes that is sad, service dogs like that are very special.
:( and so sad to lose him over something like that
Takes a lot of time & money to train a dog like that.....ran into a friend at the tax office yesterday....she had to put down her Westie at age 15, then one month later, drove to MD to buy a Welsh terrier pup.....I was jealous until she told me the things the pup had gotten into....
I love Westies they are so stinking cute!!!!
that is funny!
Very funny!!
Cats are so curious!
I am soooo tickled. Funny.
Of course!!
@AsapSCIENCE: Cat originally meant 'dog'. The words comes from the Latin 'catulus' - a small dog or puppy.
I think something got lost in translation!
Nice shot!
Thanks....she usually doesn't like the camera.....
