I love it with pasta, or on its own with garlic and olive oil. Great with pasta when mixed with bread crumbs. Yumm. I like bitter greens. Escarole, chicory, mustard, etc.

I pounded the chicken breasts flat, then filled with 6 shredded cheeses, herbs, rolled them up. Put in a pan with sauce half way up. Spritzed the chicken with olive oil, sprinkled bread crumbs and baked.
