Pork tenderloin, baked taters, corn and applesauce. Luke, the 6yr old picked the potatoes, corn and applesauce since it is his turn to spend the night.

I like it with or without stuffing Ronnie.. always great

Hungarian goulash. Found 5 recipes on web, sort of averaged them, but mostly like Wolfgang Puck's. Just right for a chilly evening.

Yesterday I had 6 hunters for breakfast and lunch ~

Today ~ KITCHEN CLOSED! LOL

we picked up Chinese at that fancy place in town.. too tired to eat there.. but it was yummy

We had Chinese last night...to pooped to cook tonight, sandwiches and oven fries.

Finally!!! found a good Chinese restaurant, new one opened up by use about 5mins away YAY!!!!!

Baked 18 cranberry-orange nut muffins, 13 x 9 pan of apple-pear coffee cake and 3 dozen chocolate chip cookies, ham steaks, scalloped taters, croissants and brussel sprouts.
Today will be mashed taters, pot roast & veggies.

Went to the Thai restaurant & ordered something I'd never had before....drunken noodles...Hot? My lips burned for 10 min.

Isn't Thai food usually hot anyway?

Had a appetizer called Drunken Sloppy Shrimp at a bbq place in Syracuse, that had some kick to it....

Robin: Was it Vietnane Thai in Torrington? (I'm making a bucket list of Thai restaurants in CT I want to visit). The last time I had drunken noodles (in Middletown, I think) they were mildly hot but not five alarm.

A pizza parlor in Westbrook went upscale with designer pizzas, so of course we had to try one. (Shrimp, basil, tomato, asiago cheese). Nice diversion from pepperoni and mushrooms, but a little pricey. Just to give you an idea of what their cutting edge in pizzas were like, two of their house pies were
Espresso-Smoked Pork, Mashed Potatoes, Sour Cream & Scallions
and
Kielbasa, Roasted Beets, Fontina, Crispy Shallots & Sour Cream

Oh, yummy, Don! Yes, I went to the Thai place in Torrington...this was my 3rd visit.....I had Pad Thai on my 1st visit, & Thai Fried Rice the time after that.....this dish was very tasty, had it with tofu & veggies, but it was hot! I had lined my stomach with a bowl of coconut milk soup before I ate the noodles, so no stomach problems!
