I see you in her Marilyn, cutie!
Coffee Break # 87 A Time for Thanks
Very pretty! Woke up to a dead mouse on the computer - err - the computer mouse didn't work. Guess I am now high tech as I have a wireless mouse. Stupid things have batteries! Maybe what I really need is a new computer - bought this thing in 2003 and it has had 2 motherboards since then.
My electric bill was half what it was last month - no electricity for 5 days and I saved HALF? That doesn't make sense - but I will take it.
I love the cutie grandkid photos! Enjoy them! I hope to be around long enough to have some too, someday.
Thanks....wish she had her eyes opened, but in school photos, there's no telling what you get! Anni's photo wasn't as good, Grant had his retaken, so I'm still waiting for it....Memory, UI may have given everyone with outages a certain credit....CL&P did that for me last year....they actually paid the entire bill & part of the next one.....
Hey all. Hope you all had a great day yesterday. Still tired. This is a good sale on the best phone protective covers.

you will be in my thoughts today dear.. hugs
Best to you Celester. Remembering is the surest sign of love. My Mom's birthday is tomorrow. she would be over 100, but I lost her when I was 13 & do not forget.
That's a wonderful photo of the grandkids, Ronnie....how nice that your child opened his/her arms to welcome an adopted child.....Pixie, very tough day for you....keep busy, & know we are all here for you......Thanks, Victor for the baby video....he/she seems very good-natured....my Garret never fell asleep with a smile, always a scream....naps were totally gone by the time he was 6 months old.....afraid he would miss something, I guess, or just too wired.....
Forgot to write that tonight is Light Up the Town....cold & windy one for sure, but that means a lot of folks will stop in church for our bazaar leftovers....we give out cookies & hot chocolate....other organizations in town give away, hot dogs, clam chowder, popcorn.....Main St. is closed to traffic, there are horse & wagon rides, Santa, a show at the Opera House, very festive....will try to take some photos......
Sounds like a lot of fun!
Got lots of shopping done yesterday. Never got out of my pajamas! Online sales were great. Will continue next few days.
Anyone else end up buying stuff for themselves while Christmas shopping??! I did well. ^_^
Cool! Pointsettias are gorgeous.
Glad the shop is not near me....I would have spent all my money! Gorgeous looking plants, just the thing to help one feel better! Yes, Victor, I bought my birthday present on line, because my sister always buys me what she would like, never what I would like....now she can just give me a check!
RD, ain't it the truth?
Went shopping at the independant bookstore in the next town. A children's bookstore has closed because too specialized to be profitable now because of online shopping. The worst was Amazon with apps on the phone which owner said was the last straw. I have someplaces which are online, but I get the phone # & call. New way is not for me.
Yes, I do miss the small bookstores, hardware stores, etc.
