They usually put something over it...odd that they didn't.
Did some major clean up out front and put in a few azaleas, tomorrows some hydrangeas. Paying for it now back is killing me.
Lou said he might want to hire someone to remove all the ivy and start over. It's just to much for us to do by hand, really needs a machine. I hate the thoughts of spending money for something I used to be able to do :-(
I do like the idea of it looking pretty when you drive up the street.
Coffee Break # 84
A baker's dozen...cool!!
Actually 14! The neighbor's went away for the weekend and had someone come tend the farm animals. I guess the chickens didn't like this person because they deposited their eggs everywhere but in the coop!!
That's funny. Our one chicken kept laying them outside the coop when we introduced the new chickens.
How funny!
Suprised they didn't even warn you about the drop off your driveway, Memory, should make them pay to fix your car
Hi all! Popping in to say I am back from a great vacation in Yellowstone. Went way too fast, of course. Saw lots of great wildlife, including a grizzly and four wolves! There are only 90 in the entire park so this was truly a treat. Will talk more about it when I post pics. Hope everyone is good. MIL was transferred back to the hospital once again. Saw her today. Some type of high pressure in her urinary system. They still have not pinpointed it. Baby London is improving slowly.
Thanks for the updates on your MIL and baby London
Glad you were able to see the wildlife. It is a spectacular place! Looking forward to your pics. BTW, welcome home
Welcome back Victor, looking forward to the pics for sure.
Glad for London sorry for you MIL again.
Welcome back!
Welcome back Victor!! Hope MIL is a minor setback and so glad baby London is improving. Looking forward to pictures of your trip!!
Thanks, ladies!
Those are quite the illustrations. Such detail!!!
Hey guys I could use some help with my photo uploads if anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1277532/
This explains a lot about many of the current politicians who grew up in the 60's and 70's, including many in powerful positions. ;)

LOL, could have told you that, we know some people....whew....just scary
I have to give a deposition this morning, how are you supposed to testify for someone your against? Not liking my day today :-(
that stinks!!
Hoping it works out well for you and your day improves
sorry
Not as bad as I thought. I guess when they realized I didn't have a lot of information they could use the question went real fast.
Whew!!!
good!
Had a nice trip to Pittsford, was great to see Joanne & Debi....Jo gave me a nice clump of sedum, & my niece & I went to Borglum's.....a white sib, pink JI, & 3 TBIs came home with me.....
Glad you had a good time, I enjoyed lunch and visiting with you!
Glad it was a great visit!
Was really saddened to see Neil Armstrong pass away. Watching him live on the moon at six years old had a lasting effect on me and inspired me to become an engineer, like him. Never met him but did have the honor to see both the other crew members - Aldrin and Collins.
very sad news. DH was lucky to have met him at his (Armstrong's) home coming in OH.
Cool!
A vivid memory here too Victor! Sad news...
Poison ivy AGAIN!! I thought I was extra careful this time, long pants, boots, gloves, immediate shower with Tecnu...must have missed my inside right arm...and that's after we "paid" someone to remove it...grrr!
Oh NO!!!!!!
For the first time in my life I joined a gym, hope this gets me motivated, I couldn't resist their promo
Good for you Jen, what was the promo?
I'm debating if I'm going back to mine, getting tired of the same old stuff, need some motivation to keep me going. So hard to do it at home though.
I have a hard time getting motivated to do anything lately!
Ditto! I think it is the weather - too hot to think.
I will be joining one too - next week when the kids are back to school.
$5 a week, no $ down, no contract
Sounds good...let us know how it works out.....
Sounds real good! Classes or just a gym? I like the classes, can't get motivated to do it on my own. I get bored.
