Must say its been quite the gathering, breathing easy as I think all enjoyed

Outings
Heart to heart

Only left them few hours to sleep lol that way they could't get into mischief!

All are leaving tomorrow morning around 8 or 9
House will be soooo quiet, will miss them all

Need to go to bed

of course all enjoyed - but, can understand why you wouldn't be breathing easily at first - you were very nervous as some hadn't seen your home, nor your gardens at this time of year, or This year......

Having breakfast and thengo over bridge...home in about 5hrz.

well, the Sistah's Reunion 2012 is now over...should say it will be once all have arrived safely home. Now that they know where I live am hoping it will not be the last visit..ahhh Elvis Festival at end of month?? any takers...lol

sure is quiet, even the furries are wondering where their new friends have gone!!

Doing laundry, vacuum,dust and then have a relaxing day!

downloading photo's on basement computer and here and there will post a few here and there between house cleaning.

There was no doubt in my mind that everyone would have a most enjoyable visit in Canada. Betty is an exemplary hostess who always puts her guests first. I'm so glad the weather held for you Betty and that your gathering went so well. Can't wait to see some pictures.

Asked if I was ill seeing I was still in my p.j.'s and sleeping on the chesterfield lol

He came bearing gifts, brought me a blackberry, not my thing..every time he gets me a phone it gets more technical and I can't use it..lol

They are off boating, taking the Foxy Lady on her 2nd ride of the year..Greg and Melanie had her out yesterday..asked if I wanted to go with them, nope, need a day of rest!

Not sure why, tried posting photo's twice to no avail
keeps going off-line but I'll keep trying

Here we go again, perhaps I'll only try one photo and see if it works..

Wednesday:

Was a long day waiting for 4:30pm, could hardly contain myself

When I hadn't heard from Judy/Steve I decided to run into Midland and pick up my new wheels, that alone was excitement lol

Got home to find that Steve and Judy had arrived early afternoon and Judy had been pacing back and forth the entire time.

Thankfully my BIL came to cut a downed tree and he and Steve were off doing supply purchases..wonder what that was???

Guess posting 1 photo is the trick..hmm will try 2 lol

Ann dropped by, new friends meeting again..Ann came to Chicago with me and Judy and Steve graciously showed us the town so Ann was thrilled to see them again.

Judy/Steve and I headed into town, few things they needed...but look what they found!!

They came by motorcycle and here was a solar light froggies on a motorcycle...he's now in my garden..just love him

Was so nice to see hubbies enjoy friendships established

Paul and Debbie arrived and I was thrilled

Looks like a bunch of really happy faces there Betty! Love those pictures, and I love that solar bike!

Joyce, Stacey, Jonathon and Janice arrived next...

Judy bought a new 'tablet' so she can be online with us all, Kyle helps her set it up!!

Next to come was Brenda and Joanna

I was beside myself to meet them both..no sooner did they arrive that we all got to pick our hypertufa mushrooms that Joyce had made..omg even had some for Darlene, June, Ann and Melanie

Love those mushrooms! Cookie, can you tell us how to make them?

And look at how big Jonathon is! He is growing so fast!

Now look at this cuttie patootie!! He really did well considering his entire vacation was with adults..did get to play with the furries though..

Even Uncle Steve let him sit on his Harley!!!

WOW - everyone looks well and happy. It is so nice to see them all again. I don't recall knowing of Brenda and Joanna. What have I missed? Love the mushrooms and I can't believe Jonathan is that big either. Time goes by too swiftly......how was dinner at Henry's???

now I'm feeling even more........ well, y'know..... sad at missing the Gathering!!

Will have to see about putting some $$ away for next year' Gathering (after re-roofing our place, and replacing the 4 stuts in my car... starting to rattle when I drive. Calgary has so many speed bumps, and our park has even more.....)

omygosh - just saw a Goldfinch in our yard - so pretty!
Will have to see if I can go out and take his pic - he was on the fence, flew Into the window (just a little bump, but he's just a little guy!), then back to the fence. I'm on the other side of the window, so pic may not turn out...... will try.

Gathering Barb was at her house 3 years ago...lordy, B.J. brought me some of her creative art, Joanna who is beyond talented brought me a painting, will take a photo and show you all

You've got to know everyone is having a great time when???? WHEN the hubbies who came along are also enjoying and smilling..that made my day..

Kyle just called, he wasn't home when Greg/Mel and Jeff/Julie left in the boat..asked if I could please take him to Midland so his dad could pick him up to go to Henry's for supper up at Frying Pan Bay..guess I spoke so highly of our trip they decided to go..

Soooo changed out of my jammies and heading to town! Funny, now that the girls have been here when I say I'm going to Midland dock they know exactly where it is.

B.J. and Joyce would have done well in the days of the Fort, they were drilling like crazy lol

Thanks for the pictures Betty......probably a good thing I couldn't make the trip as I ended up getting the "crud". Cookie (Joyce) puts me to shame with her tan...you would think she is the one who lives in Florida! Good seeing pictures of Judy, Tink, Janice and BJ..haven't met BJ's sister but she looks like she fits right in with the group.

I am so envious of all....................

Marion, sorry to hear you are feeling well!!! Yes, Joanna fit in as though we'd known her for many years....a real sweatheart!

Just got back, kids are sneaky, had me drive Kyle to the Marina then said while I was out, why not eat with them, back to Henry's...no fish for me, just a salad..sure wish they wouldn't give so many plates of french fries, what a waste of food!!! Boys are now boating and mommy's home, won't be late I'll be in bed so hope Jeff/Julie won't be late as they said they'd drop in on their way to Toronto.

After Fort Ste. Marie we shopped on the main street, B.J. did learn a lesson, I'll let her tell you what it was!!!

Off to the waterfront for lunch

Home for spaghetti dinner...Ann and her daughter Melissa joined us, Darlene and June...we had by accident met Cathy while eating at the lakefront earlier in the day

No rest for the wicket, off to a Friday night 60's dance at the Community Center just doors from me..

Greg asked Melanie as all the were speaking to him by name, he said, 'how do they know our names?' Melanie said 'you know those million photo's your mom is always taking, that is how!' lol

Later he said that we really were not a Garden group but a photography group as photo after photo was being taken .

Band started with the screen showing 2012, then we went back into time with video's..to 1960

Did my heart good to see Paul and Debbie beaming..look at the smiles

FYI!!!! I'm home safe and sound. Exhausted, but happy. Betty, thank you again for a wonderful, wonderful time. Can't wait to do it again. Need to catch up with Bill and Dad. Will check in tomorrow!
