I started mine from seed and put them in the ground when they were about 6".

RD 12 - 14"
Beautiful pics Allison! Your containers look amazing!
Love the Asclepias, didn't realize they got that big. Teri the callas look so pretty, I've never grown them.
thanks Ronnie.. been having fun planting that is for sure.. started my under the sea coleus today.. hope to be done with that tomorrow.. got dark by the time we got home and I didn't get to finish
Jan I can't believe your hosta are blooming already
I know, right? Do you think it is because it has been so dry that they are flowering earlier?
Thanks, Allison....
nice looking plants everyone.
Nice Jen
Love those shells!
Hydrangea is beautiful Jen!
I really like the shells, too. Great pics, Jen. Venu, I grow them in pots, put them in among other stuff in the garden until they bloom, pick up the pots and take them to another site when they are done, store them in the garage over the winter. For me, this is much better than more digging.
I always have trouble posting five Jen can never be more than two. I always forget to re size them.
Great shots!
I like the shells to Allison!
oh of course the white sticks are from christmas tree shop and have led lights on them.. LOL
Looks great, Jen. Love the hydrangea.
nice bloomers jen and celeste

My poor Japanese Iris most are half as tall as last year and the buds look chewed.

JoAnn's link worked for me
Wow....impressive blooms this morning! Jo, the Smilebox was great....Pixie, where did you get that Spider Lily.....I'm very jealous!
That Fortune sure looks like mine, I'll have to measure to see how tall mine is. I have extras if anyone wants to swap Japanese irises.
nice garden pictures Jo. check your JI flowers for orthacheata larva. There will be a white worm inside. they are the bain of siberians (we found one in 'Lee's Blue). They will also go do the stems which are hollow.
dang
That is my thought after you said 'chewed'. A lot of irises have shorter stems this year.
Some spuria iris, white roses with white penstemon, & lavender delospermum beginning to bloom, & cuphea....
Love cuphea!
Beautiful, Marilyn. I can't wait to come and see!
ooohh I love that cuphea too!!!
