My fingers are crossed for a lovely day like we enjoyed last spring at Terri's!

Another bargain alert... LOL... Lowe's had hostas (newly arrived, looked like) in 2.5 quart pots (similar to so-called trade gallons) for $5, including 'Lakeside Cupcake' and 'Fire & Ice'.

Michelle is going to take stock and see if she has extras or additional varieties to offer us on the sun coleus... If you've already Dmailed me with your order, I'll keep you in the loop... If you would still like to order, send me a Dmail. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, see http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=9110994 LOL)

I saw 'Kingwood Karnival' coleus at Lowe's today, and there's a definite streak of hot pink down the center of the leaves - pretty!

ugh.. having a hard time posting photos again.. for the 3rd time now... going to split the photos up.. Jill KK looks different depending on how much sun it gets.. but a winner no matter where it is

I was having the same problem with trying the multiple postings.
Settled on 1 or2 pictures--took a minute and a half to post.

Has anyone checked DG Forum to see just how many people may be complaining???
I have not--but have thought of doing it....

When they first offered the 5 picture Browse--it went pretty good. Now what?????

Besides---I sure would like a multiple posting option on D-mails as well.....
Donner and I are already over 100 Posts on out private mailings.....

Gita....Still not sure why i am up so late! Got hooked on watching the Pacific ocean and Islands and life
on the Animal Planet. Loved it though. So much to see and learn we never get to see otherwise.
I get so totally absorbed in the Animal Planet shows....like staring at my TV--no matter what
I intended to do.... and staying up late to see it all......

Yawn! Good night all----Gita

There was not a thread on this loading problem that has developed lately so I started one: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1257471/ . I find that loading early in the day is much less problematic, so I figure the amount of traffic on the site is a factor.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

I didn't have any problems yesterday loading 5

As far as the swap goes, I think that I'll have some cardinal climbers after all. I started some new seed as soon as I found my seedlings drowned by my DH a couple of weeks ago.

I am hoping to be successful with at least one Vigna Caracalla to bring to the swap also. I'm having a problem germinating these even though I nick and soak them

I am hoping that the seeds are going to produce the true Vigna Caracalla which are fragrant and multi colored instead of the copy-cat purple ones that are sometimes offered as Vigna Caracalla.

I bought 4 seeds for 5 dollars plus shipping and will be sure to collect the seeds if I'm successful with this vine. If at least two of them germinate, I'll bring one to the swap.

Looks like everyone has been having a busy Friday. No chatting or swapping today. Unless I am in the wrong place. Anyway, as of midnight tonight, we will be taking no more requests. I will leave here and edit and update my requests from folks. If any of you may have requested anything and don't see your name on my list of HAVES and WANTS.....please advise as soon as possible.

Hope the quietness here today is due to everyone enjoying the great outdoors. Hope the weekend goes well for each of you too. See you good people soon.

If you have periodic problems uploading multiple photos and are finding this to be more of a problem of late, please post on this thread: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1257471/ so DG Admin will pay more attention.
I have seen multiple comments here, but the "powers that be" need to hear too. Thanks

I just wanted to share a couple of pictures I took last evening of the two areas where all the plant swap requests are being gathered to await their trip next Saturday. Not all are shown, as some haven't yet been dug. You can get a bit of an idea of what we will be bringing though. Can't wait to get on the road and see all my wonderful Dave's Garden friends....a week from today!!!

I will be away next week till late Thursday night so am finalizing my digging list and trying to get as many things together before I leave. Some items will be dug next Friday, put in paper towels with soil and plastic as they don't like being transplanted and I only want them to go through the process once!

Please check the Have/Want list to be sure I have included all of your requests!!

Thanks,
Jessica

My lavenders are not coming back to well so I will have only the seedlings that I started last week to offer.

Asking a favor to all. Please Dmail me for your wants. It's a lot easier to include them on my promised list than looking through all the posts. Thanks a lot. Judy
p.s. Stay cool
p.s. My hardy Passionflowers are beginning to break ground. This is TOTALLY unusual where I live. Mine don't come up til end of June beginning of July, and I feel we are going to have an early winter but I am praying for not. I am trying to root some and if more comes up, I'll try to root them. Here's a pix.
