What happened Jo?
Coffee Break #76
Jan, that's wonderful news! Jo, what failed to come? Not plants?
On the one hand DD is living with her mother( me).
It is a great arrangement because sometims when SIL is away I have a meal ready for her when she comes home .
I am also available to wait for deliveries.
She ordered a big flat screen TV and was on the phone and internet for days.It was supposed to be delivered this morning. Its 3 o'clock and no sighn of it. DD is out of town until Thursday.SIL will be home tonight. I expect if its not here by 5 they arent comming.
I needed a nap at 1o'clock and didnt nod off because with my luck they would jar me awake with knocking at the back door.
Its just annoying.
Oh, yeah, I hate that waiting around for deliveries!
Should leave a note on the door, Jo, saying "TV delivery guy - been waiting on you since early this morning. I am now napping. Should awaken sometime in the next few hours. Thank for your patience."
Story of the hacking guy is fascinating. 28 year old guy collecting welfare and living in a project with his two kids on the lower east side! He could have made millions the legit way. Now he will be forever known as a rat.
Thanks! I think they are shell-shocked!!!
I'm sitting in front of a sliding glass door looking out at the small bird feeder DS's son's family put out on the inspiration of their almost 5 yr old daughter. She saw a hawk one day on top of their play fort and they looked it up and thinkit was an American kestrel. Well, they just put the feeder up on Saturday and this afternoon I have seen
Cardinals, a tufted titmouse, a nuthatch, sparrows, a wren, and a downy woodpecker. The 2 male cardinals were interesting to watch, cuz of the territorial thing.
Congrats on G-Baby #10!!!!!!
DD called from where she is working til Thurs. I said the TV didnt come. She called them and they are definate for Wed between 10 AM and 2 PM.
Lucky or them its goin up to 60* tmorrow and I will be working outside.
Does anyone else have to scroll across to read the thread?
yes same here Ronnie... well my niece is home... waiting for some test results.. but feeling a bit better... thanks guys!!
With me the font gets real small. Just with this thread. Weird.
no problems for me
friend of ours was in the hospital for days with a massive headache and they couldn't find the problem, transferred him to another hospital and they finally found it, a cracked impacted wisdom tooth.
Ouch. Been there.
I scroll. Its the only thread that does this.
might have been caused by Victor's ????????? no spaces to wrap the text
How did I miss it was Victors fault ?
LOL
yay for jan's happy news! Nothing different for this thread on my end. We bought a new router since internet was slow and lots of us use it at once. Seems it's helping.
Fix it Victor!
Hmmm. That gives me some leverage doesn't it. Plant blackmail, perhaps?? Hee hee!
If it's blackmail....i've covered my butt already. :)
Hee hee.
Fixed.
Had problems with this thread yesterday, today it's fine.....could relate to cracked wisdom tooth! Had awful pain in what I thought was my jaw...nope, wisdom tooth....all fixed with a new crown....
Thank you Victor ♥
Just read on Facebook that some friends of my son in Oregon found some size....are you ready for this? Size 17 sandals for my 14 yr old grandson. Also some 18s. To be ready for the summer. AAACCCKKK!!!
Anybody have any suggestions? My suggestion is they contact a basketball team for any leftovers. Good idea???
Whoaa. That is the area of the country with the most Bigfoot sightings...
This is one of many sites that has his size. Don't know if the styles will suit him
http://www.shoebuy.com/size-17-mens.htm
Wow Jan, how tall is he?
Yeah that about all they can do is order on line...much easier to get, actually, than years ago
I immediately thought of Bigfoot!
and I thought my DS size 13 feet were big!
I was thinking the same....my brother wears a 13 and I thought that was big!
Read that yesterday.
"Darwin Award" recipients can have kids.
(That's what I take away from that story.)
Did you guys see this?? Creeps me right the heck out!!!!!!!!!
