sounds super yummy!!!!!!!!! have you ever sauteed the elephant garlic? my step mil used it for the 1st time and it didn't saute like regular garlic, very weird

Put some pork and onions in brown sugar, ketchup and vinegar into the oven to slow cook. Starting to smell good and my nose doesn't work very well, so it must be smelling good.

Brian and I couldn't celebrate V-Day yesterday so he too me to lunch at AppleBee's.
I had silion steak with shrimp on top that is cooked in a garlic herb sauce. OMG! Excellent!
Red skinned mashed tater, garden salad and wildberry ice tea. It was worth waiting an extra day. ^_^
Oh, and this meal is one of the low-cal meals which I didn't even realize. Brian pointed out I wasn't going to gain any weight by picking these kind of meals so I looked at what he was reading.
