Big switcharoo here today. It rained at home and not a drop at work. Yay!

I love my Montauks, have never seen a seedling though.

some wicked storm out there.. crazy lightning

There must be something about LI and Montauks...

Lots of thunder & lightning but no rain, another cell forming to the West so hopefully we still have a chance for some wetness,
75° & cloudy.

Tons of storms some rain some went around us...went out to the mall to get my son's hair cut(don't know why he doesn't like me doing it anymore????) lady doing 35 in a 50 was barely drizzling, had her washers going fastest speed and she kept hitting the breaks every time the lightning flashed, geez lady pulll over and wait till the storm passes if you're afraid to drive in it!!!

It's raining buckets here right now.

65 now going to 87.. more storms today... said some could be bad ones too.. the lightning was nuts last night

Going up to 84° today, humidity will make if feel like 88°. Couple of showers/ T-storms possible.
Dropping down to 65° tonight, with an increased probability of T-storms.

Hope I don't see lightning like last night again! It was snapping it was so close....the whole house was shaking....I put the dogs into the car in the garage they were so terrified....yep, I soon joined them! The fire trucks went up the road, I could smell smoke...oh, yeah...it was a goody! Sun shining now, but T-storms forecast for this afternoon.....

Wow, it's a cool 66 degrees post storm. We had some heavy rain and wind for a short time. The radar looked nasty. Now all's calm. Small stream flood warnings are out now.

Front came through with thunder & some rain.

Some rumbling in the distance, but our town is not supposed to get a repeat of yesterday....I hope!

No rain. We're still waiting.

Tonight partly cloudy and humid, dropping down to 68°, wind changing to SW @ 5.

A perfect evening to sit in the garden.The temperature just right and no bugs.The flowers still blooming and so fragrant.

Unfortunately we can't do that no matter what the temp because of the mosquitos. sounds like fun, though.
