It's dinner time, whats cooking?

Anything with bacon is yum....except I saw a recipe today for bacon cookies....that turned me off!

I just got a catalog that has bacon scented candle

Yuk! Not a big fan of bacon here. A bacon candle does not sound appealing to me at all!

Would not want it in a cookie!

Try turkey bacon, Christina. I cannot eat regular bacon. Way too greasy.

A few chicken tenderloins fried with a light flour coating, with white rice, kidney beans in a tomato based sauce with diced pumpkin & cilantro to spoon over the rice.

a big pork roast or a tenderloin pork roast ?- I cook a tenderloin on the grill, and might even try a bigger one

you can use your grill like an oven, turn it on low, maybe set the pan up on a higher shelf or use one of those burner diffusers under the pan

Pasta sauce I canned last year with whole wheat pasta and grated cheese.

Meatloaf, baked taters, fresh pea's and french bread. :)

I made butterfly pasta with bacon, imitation crab meat and peas in a butter sauce.

Leftovers. Now, I can start fresh today. Probably a stir-fry with chicken. Maybe even make belated brownies for DH's birthday( a few days ago). It's a beautifully cool day here so far.

We had spaghetti, garlic & herb bread sticks, and a fresh garden salad last night.

Cooking down tomatoes for spaghetti for tomorrow. Tonight is Fried Haddock, scalloped potatoes and fresh green beans w/salt pork.

I made beef 'n' cheddar macaroni. Elbow macaroni, sauteed onions, garlic and green pepper, cooked ground beef all in a jarred double-cheddar cheese sauce.

Went to a restaurant in Rochester that was way overpriced....I didn't want my niece & her husband to pay such prices, so I ordered an appetizer....two squash blossoms on a plate with undercooked, vinegary beans....then I had to have a dessert....
