Sherrie....those tomatoes are beauties! Lord, Pixie, you only need one plant of zucchini that size! I planted a mini zucchini this year....very mild tasting. Going out to lunch and berry picking with a friend today.....

Went out to a movie and dinner with DW for our 33rd anniversary today.
Spanish restaurant , (as in Spain).. I had Spanish rice with a whole lobster and mussels served on top with the house salad on the side.
DW had rice with huge Jumbo shrimp and salad, a couple of fancy mixed drinks and we were good to go-
Very nice evening. ☺

- Pizza night tonight!

I went grocery shopping at Aldi this morning and bought two racks of pre-cooked and sauced baby back pork ribs. For dinner today I baked them in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees as per instructions, and they were pretty good.

Also made butterfly pasta (Farfale) with sauteed onions, mushrooms and peas in a butter/olive oil sauce. Topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. It was a very good meal.

had some leftovers but roasted chunks of butternut squash coated w/ a bit of olive oil and a little mexican chili powder for a little kick. good.

I was lazy today and brought home Philly Cheese-steak Omelets from Denny's for my wife and sons. My dad and I went there after church this morning so I took the easy road. No cooking for me today. My dad and I had those too and they are delicious.
