Went to lunch with a friend....had a Cobb salad...very good!
Thai Cobb?? ^_^
I like Cobb Salad.
cheers for Cobb Salad...in fact kind of heavenly!
No, not Thai, but am looking forward to hitting the Thai restaurant in Kennebunk.....
Marinated N.Y. Strip on the grill with steamed brussel sprouts, baby carrots and angel hair pasta with herbs.
Thick ribeye steaks on the grill with steamed broccoli and baked potato.
herbed pork loin w/ yams and herbed stuffing (I apparently think it's October)
too hot to cook, so it'll be scrounge tonight.
too hot again to cook. DH was sweating after doing burgers on the grill.
pasta, peas & vodka sauce
Made ground turkey with Goya tomato sauce, garlic, onions and spinach.
picked up a rotisserie chicken and rack of ribs @ Sam's club this morning. Made coleslaw to go with it and tried those potatoes that are wrapped and you microwave them. Not to bad, we had sweet potatoes that way and then I nuke corn-on-the-cob with the husk on also. Fast, easy and not heating up the house.
smart move
Well, not my choice but Justin doesn't care for sandwiches. :(
I'm doing community time in church on Saturday...I want to do "Soak up the Son(Sun)" theme...was thinking sunflowers as the decor...what makes you think of sunny summer foods?....need appetizer and dessert ideas...nothing that I have to heat up, please
Watermelon!
Def on the list!!!
Fruit salad, any fruit pie.
you are too well planned!!
I'm invited out tonight....yipee.....

Too hot to eat.....maybe poached egg & bacon.....had a salad for lunch.....
cashing in on a bet w/ a friend that I won picking South Carolina to win the college baseball World Series ... SUSHI!!!
Enjoy it!
Sushi is very cool, sometimes as a treat I eat it for lunch, tuna is my fav. Sometimes I just go to the fish market and buy a piece of sushi grade tuna, the prices are very good at the fisherman's markets here if you know where to find it.
- Rib steaks on the grill with steak fries, plenty of ketchup to go with it and steamed broccoli as a veggie.
Forgot to say made stuffed peppers on the grill yesterday
today had the leftovers
Stuffed with what?
Ground beef, rice, diced tomatoes, spices and an egg
Sounds delish, Jen! I think I will buy a BBQ chicken at the store....
Yes - sounds yum, Jen.
