Duh!
It's dinner time, whats cooking?
Grilled chicken, corn on the cob, fresh garden tomatoes and cukes, and homemade blueberry pie. (been craving the pie since our trip to Maine).
okay. Now I need corn on the cob too :)
Yum on the bb pie!!
never got out for the corn (doing that DEFINITELY tomorrow)
Ended up working more in the garden...go figure! Had leftover homemade Mac & Cheese (even better the second time around) and sauteed zucchini.
Ribeye steaks on the grill, baked potato, simple red leaf lettuce & tomato salad.
Didn't feel good all weekend so I had some boiled potatoes
Hubby had steamers, crab legs and corn on the cob
Going out for lunch today....too hot to cook....
Had a chef salad for lunch.....
Spanish rice.
Ordering Chinese, too hot to BBQ. (lol)
Cook inside with the a/c!!
Beets and green beans from the garden with some leftover chicken and rice.
made my tacos Jen!!!
Took ya along enough
Stir fry beef over noodles
Curry made by the Japanese girl that is living with our son's family. It was very good! I am not a curry fan, but this was exceptional. Going out tomorrow night with the crew.
I would like to try a curry....sounds interesting.
Some of those curries are HOT!!!!
So are some Japanese girls!!
This one was very mild, cuz the grandykids were eating it also. I not usually a fan of curry, but I had seconds.
Oh, Victor. You are so predictable.
You sound heat stressed, Sherrie! I don't feel much like cooking tonight, even though I have the a/c on....
Down here in the South, we are up to 103 Degr. , I am preparing some Tiramisu for the church function tonight. Just like the Olive Garden serves. Yumm
Sounds good to me!
crazy hot and humid here at the beach yesterday...nice dry air blowing up now!
I had take out fish and chips last night because it was just me :) But I'm making crock pot beef stroganoff for later...just had a nice lunch w/ my daughter a couple hours ago at a little place in Perkins Cove right on the water. Now need a nap.
Thought humidity was not permitted in ME!! ^_^
I like greasy rubdowns.
And sawdust??
Weather's been near perfect here except for Yesterday and one miserable day mid June. Today was supposed to be brutal but it's been 'drying' out since mid day and wonderful since. Never actually turned on my AC yesterday though I was very very close! Most nights in fact I've closed windows...my kind of New England summer...Warm dry days, cool clear nights!
Nice.
Today's the 1st day I turned the a/c on.....
sirloin steaks and COC
Store-bought roast chicken.
Leftover roast pork with exotic Chinese vegetables, complimented with sumptuous fried rice and a mouth watering egg roll.
A fresh, sweet fortune cookie and a cup of impeccable green tea for a finale.
grilled chops, french bread, garden salad. For a snack I had a cucumber sandwich right out of the garden. ^_^ Heaven!!!
