This place is done mostly in "frames" Coloums and Rows. There is not a reason they could not make a 2 frames or rows under the Proven Winners Contest and target what they want from there and CENTER the darn things. Everything.

lots of white space looks like it is a programming mistake.

As one of those average or above average people I must agree!
