Heavy rain this afternoon; 65 and damp now; love the shades of green out there!

Storm just went thru here, poured again

Nasty T-storm just left here.....getting very sick of this weather....

Supposed to rain this evening. You can see the T-storms etc coming from Western MA. I was able to weed this afternoon, but do my eyes ever itch from the grass pollen. Eye drops for sure.

felt like a steam bath after the storm this morning.. working outside my glasses kept fogging up.. and we got whacked again.. big time rain and thunderstorm this afternoon again.. don't need to water that's for sure

Big storm hit here at 7:30 with lots of thunder and lightning still going on.

Yes, I was out shopping getting wet. (lol)

- about 0.8" here just from this am, every time I think it stopped another thunderstorm rolls through an hour later..

60 degrees, foggy. We had episodes of rain yesterday. Some very heavy. Official weather station says just over an inch. I had more than that. Supposed to be mid 80's with low humidity. I hope so as I have to be outside all day. First a gift planting at my previous garden club assistant's new farm, then the herb course.

Great day today here! 80 degrees but not nearly as humid as predicted. It was just great walking through my "new" gardens seeing the blooms coming. I bumped into little Sammy Garter Snake enjoying the oregano clump in the Friendship Garden. He was very polite and let me pass without issue. He likes the warm stone of the erratics around here, but he is well behaved - unlike his poor relatives in Florida!

It's 75 and was perfect but there is a very dark cloud headed our way. I came in to check the weather, good thing I did. Got to go now...

All fine now, didn't get the hurricane winds thank goodness but did get some hail. Not big like some places, all in all we were very lucky. If you ask the dogs ....we weren't ! LOL

Yes, Jake dove under the bed around 4:30...he came out at 8:30. He finally went out to pee a few minutes ago....poor guy!

I am so glad Jily got over the thunder issues.. she picked it up from my dad's dog when we lived there.. now she is ok with it all.. I feel bad for poor Jake.. hate to see the babies going through that

Terra on the other hand is hillarious! She acts all macho until the thunder cracks a good one then she jumps into my arms one leap. A few minutes later she's down again walking around macho until another one cracks. ^_^

LOL.. some of these guys just bark at the real loud ones.. but I don't mind that
