I have three different mustards in the fridge, too. Lately I have been using the one that is mostly whole mustard seeds. I like the crunch!

Chuck Pot Roast w/ celery, spanish onions, diced tomato, mushrooms, minced garlic, chopped carrots, slow simmered in chicken broth & Red wine.. with halved potatoes for tonight's din din.

German restaurant, had sweet potato pierogis for appetizer...REALLY good

We never did either that's why we tried them...soooooo good would make a great addition to our Thanksgiving menu

if I get a chance before we meet up this summer... I will see if I can run over to moms town and pick some up for you Jen.. to die for!!... my grandmother used to make plum ones that rocked.. but they don't sell those at the polish place... they were the coolest because they more or less exploded when you bit into them.. bad side with the store that sells them.. you never know which ones they are going to make that day.. always have potato & cheese ones though

Grilled in a top quality grilling pan, seasoned with sea salt, green peppercorns, fresh Sage & Thyme, lemon zest w/ juice of ½ lemon, and capers.
Accompanied by steak fries with Heinz ketchup and watercress on the side.

had Subway for dinner. DH hurt his leg on the truck hitch. His knee buckled, he is now resting it and I hope it'll get better soon.

Me too. I got DS to get his knee brace,he hurt his in HS football, so his Dad could use it if need be. DH has to work tomorrow.

pork ribs w/ borbon sauce, garlic rice and spinach. DH is doing better today. The knee stiffens if he sits for too long. It lossens up when he moves around.
