Coffee Break #56 Spring is Here!
Wow - someone is going to have a nice little display. Maybe it blew all the way here?
Nope...it was headed North, hopefully on Auntie T's land so I can claim some back! LOL
Finders keepers!

That's funny Allison!
Sorry Jen.
Weird small world moment. Was reading a photo mag in bed last night and was reading about a guy whose niche is to shoot dogs. He got on the subject of clones and mentioned a rescue dog who found the last survivor from the towers. He is the Port Authority cop who was my wife's patient when she worked at the rehab hospital. She really turned him around. Came in with open wounds on both thighs where she could touch his femurs. He was depressed, skinny and could not stand. When he left six weeks later, he had gained 15 pounds, his wounds were closed, could walk with braces and was a new person.
I'm just a little slow this afternoon, was wondering why he would shoot dogs.
2 of my coworkers had bad news today, one's brother died this morning, and the other's sister is dying. I brought half moon cookies for one of their birthdays today, I hope she doesn't always remember her birthday this way.
LOL Victor I had to read that twice...all I saw was SHOOT DOGS!
more small world.. Lance from VA is coming here to pick up some coir tomorrow.. his uncle lives 15 mins from me.. and I most likely know his uncle from years ago from work.. and haven't seen him in years.. life is funny
That is strange, Allison.
Sorry to hear, Deb. Been hearing way too much of that.
I know, there are 4 of us in my office, it was 2 of them, the third is away all week, so I'm left alone. The one who's sister is in the ICU called me this afternoon to tell me, and she was crying so much I'm not sure of everything she was trying to say.
Make the best of every day.
Ugh - how awful. Yes, we do take so much for granted sometimes.
terrible Deb
Sorry, Deb.....not a happy day for you, either.....
It does make me come home and give DH a bigger hug!
Similar circumstance yesterday. Wife had a boy with autism at the office who is the same age as our little guy, who had some developmental delay and signs of possible autism early. He has done great, but she was very upset last night and gave him a long hug when she got home.
Long hugs are the best!♥
Jen and Debi - I am so sorry to hear of such sad losses and illnesses in people who are so young. It is just heart-breaking.
wow what a video Victor
I am getting a new camera and can't decide on which one. I have the canon 6d on loan and already found 3 things I don't like. Going back tomorrow to look at the Rebel T2i and the 50D. Does anyone have either of these two?
sorry to hear debi!
what don't you like about the 6d ronnie?
I'm a Nikon person but the 6D is a great camera.
WC I didn't like the view screen, you have to flip it out, seems cumbersome.
The controls are on the left and you have to push in a button and hold it to turn it. Won't be easy for me to get used to. I knew just from that I didn't like it...a but beefier in my hands too.
