Dee, I'm about an hour away from Philadelphia and about the same from Cape May, if that helps. Are you in the city or the suburbs?

Dee - setting a goal, in my opinion, is the best way to achieve the results you want.

My magic date is 05-05-05 which is the day I said: "I can do this!"

Keep us posted on your progress, this will help you keep on track. My goal was to lose 2lbs per week which is 7,000 calories per week, or 1,000 calories per day. Gosh - looking at those figures, I can't believe I used to eat that much!
