Omelets. That's one entrée I enjoy. They are not only for breakfast. Pair them with pan fried potatoes and winter squash for a hearty evening meal.
The key is to brown up the onions before adding them to the egg mixture. Add left over cooked meat, Worcestershire sauce, shredded sharp cheddar and spices. I'm adding ham, broccoli & red pepper tonight.

Roast chicken is roasting in an oven bag as I type

Ground turkey, tomato sauce and peppers with white rice. Salad and another veggie.

Speaghetti & meatballs with garlic bread and a salad.

chicken soup for breakfast, mashed potatoes, gravy and brocolli for dinner, been sick the past few days...

I just went trhough this thread quickly and I like it..watch your horses I cook everyday, EXCEPT, when I work and tonight I am not home...

But..menu was....Chilean Sea bass, tapeneade, asparagus...yummie...from the restaurant...lol...

I used to buy Chilean sea bass every other week, but when the price went to $20/lb the fish markets stopped selling it around here, - not enough people bought it anymore..

- Almost forgot!...

Eye Round oven roast with potatoes and carrots, fresh Italian bread on the side.
(helps keep the house warm, lol!)

MMMM....I can smell it now! I'm having chicken orzo escarole soup.....no warm bread, though....too snowy to get to store for yeast! That's my excuse...

Leftovers for the family, I have women's meeting a church and they are making homemade soups and breads....YUM
