Ate at Longhorns this afternoon at 2 so no dinner needed tonight for me:)
Had Salmon on a bed of citrus rice, steak w/mashed taters(instead of a veggie) and a ceasar salad.

Nothing too creative today,
For breakfast I made bacon and cream cheese sandwiches on grilled wheat rolls, I baked the bacon - 400 degrees for 30 minutes on a rack in a baking pan on the bottom rack of the oven,. I put the bacon into a cold oven then set the temp and time. Comes out perfect each time.
For dinner it was just cheeseburgers on wheat rolls with veggies and dip.
All very good and on our low-carb eating plan. So far this year I've lost 10.3 pounds. I'm happy with that and our plan is working,

A very Polish sounding meal, at least Slavic. My mother was Polish and I love pierogi. Smaczne! (Polish for 'tasty').

Today's dinner will be baked boneless, skinless chicken thighs plus mixed cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and corn with a little butter and shredded Parmesan cheese sprinkled on.
Chicken soup in the crockpot right now.....

Don't be shocked....I'm actually cooking tonight.....roast pork sirloin, baby red potatoes, green beans and a big salad. My stepdaughter is coming for the weekend, so I will muster up a few meals. :)

Dinner today will be gravy with sliced beef (canned), egg noodles and peas. A high-carb comfort meal our family needs after we have all experienced a stomach virus this past week.
I had marinated chicken , red skin garlic mashed potato, steamed carrots, stuffing, wheat bread, and a salad that I have no idea what it's called. It has scallions, loose leaf lettuce and litgh cream. Blackberry cheesecake for dessert.
