beef stew in the crockpot. DH got rolls to go with it.
What's on the menu for 2011?
Everything sounds GREAT. Had some pulled pork that we had in the freezer, but think it was in the freezer too long so had leftover spaghetti pie.
Stuffed shells inspired me....
@ Robin come do shells with me and you will never forget.
I have done my womanly duties for the day. NE fish chowder, potato salad and brownies. What more could a man want?
btw - I was getting the fat off my salt pork. Anyone know what this is?

Sausage, peppers and white rice. Salad. Possibly another veggie.
Hot open-faced chicken sandwich, sauteed broccoli, & carrots. I'll bet your shells are delish, Sherrie!

My MIL gave us some fresh raw broccoli and I turned it into a salad with onions, green peppers, olives. almonds, feta cheese and ranch dressing. We had that with hamburgers - no buns. Very delicious low-carb meal.

I feel like soup, Minestrone it is!
Good choice!
Is that a Dairy Queen Blizzard?? LOL
Lightly breaded and baked chicken tenders with a lettuce salad was today's dinner.
Soup sounds good. I think I will make a stuffed cabbage casserole tomorrow. I use tomato soup in that.
I had Gro-more peaches for dessert....Debi will understand that.
Am getting sick of leftovers...will make a pot of sausage, white bean, & escarole soup tonight.
Yum!!
My wife had a chiropractor appointment this morning. Our chiropractor was wearing a tie that had little pictures of chicken wings all over it.
Guess what we had for lunch? Yes, chicken wings from our favorite place - 25 medium and 25 Cajun - and an antipasto salad. That's for the four of us. Very, very good,. High fat, High protein but low carb. Not sure if that justifies it but it was really delicious.
Yum...
Pizza delivery!
Pizza sounds good, any toppings?
Fish & fries tonight.
Nope - we like plain cheese. We get boneless Buffalo wings with it!
