Not to bad here this morning...it 21 degree's, a bit warmer than what was predicted.

Cold again. 26 and windy. I'm already tired of the cold!

29° here this am with a windchill of 16°, winds from the WNW at 16 mph gusting to 24. Sunny with clear blue skies.

Twenties here all day...I, too, am sick of this weather already, but Debi, you are really being socked! Read in the paper about Randolph, NY where 4' of snow has already fallen.....good grief!

Pretty sunny day. I should be outside, but I am about to get a semi annual hair cut. I finally started going a couple of times a year a few years ago after not having had a proper hair cut for about 25 years. I would rather spend the money on plants, but I do look less like a ragga-muff. We shall see.

It reached 29 today.....I was really cold walking, my fingers froze even with gloves. Warming up this weekend so we can have a lovely wintry mix!

snow must be rough in Cleveland. Read on Google sports new that the Cavelier players were having trouble getting to the game & Jumper 2s family was not back from getting home from GD's school 30 miles east of Cleveland. that information came from my GS.

Pixie, you are warmer than we are......a lovely 9 degrees this morning on Dec. 9th....must be a record cold! I was called in to work today, so the dogs got an early morning ride...headed off to Black Rock School......

23° here this Thursday morning, still have a WNW wind at 9mph giving us a windchill of 15°. Clear sunny skies now and for the remainder of the day, today's high expected at 34°.

It's a toasty 10 here now...no idea what it was earlier....I slept in today, as I'm very tired after working yesterday, mostly in pre-K & K.

Wow. Guess I was warm here at 12! Now it's cloudy and 17. Older guy is home. Sick with a fever, sore throat and bad cough. Now I have the sore throat too. Think the peroxide will not work this time. Ugh.

Jim is still not feeling the best, been over a week. I have been what? 3 days and its going away. Sorry Victor that stinks.

16° Supposed to be warmer tomorrow. Victor, do you gargle with salt? Garggling is an old fashioned trick, not sure if you young pups know how to do it.

Victor, Sorry you household is feeling poorly. My kid suffered often with strep throat and we never found a consistently good home remedy.

I do make a drink called Switchel or Switzel which is made with water mixed with vinegar, and sweetened with honey and spiced with ginger or cinnamon. In the summer it is drunk cold and great change from Iced tea, but in the winter, I heat it up and drink it instead of hot tea. It sure helps me for a sore throat and it also seems to open up the sinus. I don't think it is a cure, though vinegar (apple cider vinegar) is loaded with potassium which is good for almost anything. Plus you smell like a pickle when ingesting lots of vinegar. I love pickles. Hope you all feel better soon.

Not much change in our weather, tad warmer and less wind. I am going to put off bulb planting until Monday as it will be warmer. Instead I am off to Boston to do some pottery. Gotta get them done for Xmas gifts.
