Sun is now out
Just noticed that my candy canes blew out of the ground...
Today's Weather in your Garden - 83
Almost lost my candy cane when I stepped outside! ^_^
My huge patio umbrella (closed, of course!) was blown over.
No rain yet just damp air. We may get missed. Here are the bulbs that have been planted so far. Tomorrow is suppose to be clear and sunny. I may get them all done except for the last box still not here from Brent and Becky. I don't expect it for a few more day, but can home. Patti

low 30's and gloomy.
From South Buffalo down to the PA state line we have a winter snow advisory with all sorts of nasty weather that has caused many schools, businesses and roads to be closed. Even the NYS thruway - I-90 - is closed for many miles with stranded drivers. Snow totals in this area averaging 16-20 inches so far.
The snow band is traveling upwards to our area and we may see a few more inches today. We have only received about 3 inches so far since yesterday morning.
Temps in the upper 20's - low 30's.
'Tis the season for sure.
Good grief, too early for all that snow! Sunny here, & 40....can't walk behind the dam, as the flood gates were closed, & there's a lake there now.
Ugh!!!
Relieved to say we had a bright clear blue sky day that was perfect for bulb planting. I just came in as I was bone tired from all the dibbling. I ordered way too many small guys. Almost done, one more long day when the rest arrive. I haven't done the final count, but I expect DH will want to shoot me. Though he will love the spring show. Patti
Wind from the W at 12 MPH

We'll all love the spring show through your photos, Patti!
I just heard that about the snow.....they are gonna get dumped on hard!
still need a week end or two in the yard snow needs to back off here:)
45° We lost our power also from about 5:30 to 8:30 pm & there wasn't much rain. This morning it said that there had been wind gusts up to 56 mph which must thave blown power lines down. It did not feel too cold today as we went to Peabody-Essex museum & saw the Mass charter. I forgot to take my glasses & could not read all of it. Fun to see, however.
Did you see this?
