Far as I am concerned - Another Country!

No no no! Don't want to see any more of that white stuff at least until Dec. More rain and clouds again today. Maybe a ray of sun late before it goes down. There is still a sun right? Current temp is 40 degrees with a light to moderate NW wind. Really hope their forecast for the rest of the week and the weekend is right, if so looks very nice indeed.

glad we have had some rain - hoping for celar sky's and not wind this weekend for the beginning of the big rake.

drizzled all night, that always keeps me awake. Morning drizzle which is supposed to go away. DH got more leaves down to the compost pile yesterday. since we are overgrown woods in a former pasture more are to come.

We are continuing have lots of wind and rain. No let up since Sunday. The Steamships are canceled. Good thing I am holed up this week, so I couldn't work outside anyway. So, I have started working on my spring orders already, say it ain't so!

Now, 46 and blowing a steady 30 plus with drizzle.

I am hoping to follow Wha's lead and do the Big Rake ( small compared to him) next week. Patti

Cloudy & warm this am, followed by sunny & 55 this pm....worked in the garden about an hour...dug glads .....set my latte down on a bench, next thing I hear is plastic crunching....the dale drank my latte!

We could use ngam's sun up here on the North shore.

Just a glimpse at sunset here but you know what they say; red skies at night sailors delight. Expect to really have some sun tomorrow. You all should up there too.

Late night broadcast says that the only wind gusts to 40 mph is on Nantucket.

Its too soon for that. I'm not ready to hunkerdown in my fleece tops and listen to the howling while turning up the volume on my TV.
It might be time to go to the studio and turn on Copeland Appalachian Spring, or Gorecky's #3 and heat up my brushes and push some paint around.

The wind has done nothing but howl here for 3 days....it's a bit calmer this morning and at least the sun is finally out! 34 here at the moment, should go up to the high 40's today.

A sunny morning here, we're at 41° here with a brisk 16.9mph wind from the NE, our windchill is 28°. Relative humidity 55%, with clear skies,
- a high of 51° expected.

Gusty overnight winds of 20-30mph blew the clouds back in. They should be gone by noon and the sunshine will give us a high of around 50 degrees. Current temp is 37 and the still gusty winds are blowing in from the NE.

Howling wind last night, and it is still cranked. I would say we had a few well over 50 by my tried and true "OMG" meter, that was issued simultaneously by me and DH, who has spent his life on the water, when our house gives off a special shudder. Patti

Wow, sun and calm compared to the past week of howling winds and rain. I hope to take a walk, as I am so tired of being in bed. Patti

A beauty day! Sunny and a normal little breeze. Current temp is 47 degrees but feels warmer due to very light north wind. Weekend looking good too.

Temp is 48, so expecting mid 50s....working in the gardens today...Patti, take that walk!

50° is our current temperature with a wind from the NNE at 13mph, giving us a windchill of 44°. Relative humidity dropped to 29% and we have clear skies overhead.
- Going to 56° with a windchill of 51° today, wind fairly constant. Clear, sunny skies predicted.

55 and sunny. no chill in the air for now.
