DAILY BIRD PICS VOL. 353

I took a ton of pics but I'll stop with this one. Not a new bird, but the only clear pic that I got all day! A Brown Pelican.

Cool! I just looked them up and it says that they are best distinguished by voice -- can't get that in a pic! Oh well, here is one more.

Mockingbird pic taken yesterday.

And the Hummingbird again. This year they seem to be prefering this Firespike over the Firebush.

I got another new bird yesterday while down at the lake. I found some Greater Yellowlegs. Another case of wishing the photos were better but ya know how that goes!

There are Mallards every where on the lake right now...or so it seems!

Lots of American Coots around too.

Even found some out of the water....

Several Ring-billed Gulls around......

Don't think they were all happy either....lol

Nice ones nanny! Love those Coots!

Here is a photo of the native Tundra Swan I saw the other day at Cape May State Park and here is one of the reasons why we don't see too many of them. He is being chased by the aggressive non native Mute Swan.
