Sure thing Pat!
North Central Texas Fall Roundup Trade Thread, Part 2
Sheila,
I am bringing all the phlox and will make sure 2 have your name on them. Someone Dmailed me about the zexmenia, go figure. I probably have some smaller seedlings that I left this spring and if they are reasonable I will pot some of the zexmenia up for you. The small seedlings I put into pots this spring have grown pretty fast.

Datura12~ Could I please get 2 pots of them from you? Thank you :)
Did someone have a white salvia for trade?
I was out prepping some beds for new arrivals and deciding how many pots I want to overwinter, and have some new plants available for the taking:
2 mature asparagus
1 noid white crinum
2 very small kidneywood seedlings
1 night blooming cereus http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/2443/
Denniis, I would love to have a kidneywood seedling. Please check my list to see if I have something you would like to have.
Ooh!! Mark would love me forever if I scored him some asparagus! Can I have them?
Patrob and stephanie: sold!
Perkoschilifarm, any chance I can get a packet of chiltepin?
A pk. of Chiltepin is waiting for you Dennis.
Thanks!
Patrob, is your little bluestem grass still available?
perkoschilifarm, would you have a Chile Pequin plant?
Dennis, I have you down for little bluestem grass. Thank you for the kidneywood seedling!
Peg, if you still have enough, I'd like to get one of each of these:
Pot of torch lilies
Coneflower ~Green envy 4” pots
Coneflower~ Pink 1 Gal pots
Turks cap~red 2" pots
white plumeria cuttings
Please check my list to see what I can bring for you. In addition to what's listed, I'll be adding more bearded irises and can dig crinums for you. I have solid white and a pink and white striped one.
Hi Folks -- just found out, I may not be able to make it next Sunday. Hubby got a new job and gets to work that day. He was going to be my babysitter -- 4 kids (8-12). So, reconsidering, if I want to take them with me. Can't imagine it being too much fun for them, while their mom is going crazy with all the plants and plant people.
It makes priceless pictures when a kid wins a bag of manure!
Anna I think I may have a smaller Asian Pequin but I had a disaster with caterpillars last week on my Chiltepins, Asiatic Pequins, Texas Pequins, South American Pequins, and my purple bird Chili's. I soaked the remaining foliage with BTk and am giving a boost to them but not sure since the weather is cooling if the leaves will recover. I do have plenty of seeds for all three varieties of Pequins I grow.
If I have a decent looking plant by next Friday I will let you know and if you would take seeds I will get them ready today.

Greta? How do I get the Spider Lily to you if I don't see you? I want you to have it so that you can have beautiful spiders too.
Do you have any extra spider lilies?
Cheryl
Not to worry. There is always spring. I am getting seeds from Dennis.
Anna, I just came inside from potting up a couple of petin volunteers that I just found. I'll put your name on them. :)
i would love to try a spider lily also--if you have extras
Just bring the kids! Deb usually brings her kids so they won't be out of place.
Added benefit to bringing the kids is that they can eat a bunch at the potluck and then you can just do a lite dinner - night off of cooking for mom! (I'm the oldest of 5 and I remember my parents using "the eat your big meal now because we're only going to have a lite dinner" at many a potluck") :)
Yes Greta, bring the kids, it will be fine.
Josephine.
There are plenty of tables under the trees for them to set if tired and bring a board game or space to play frisbee etc too. There is always some kiddos various ages show up.
I could not count the hours I have played frisbee in this park.
Cheryl, do you have any phlox pilosa left?
Greta, just bring the kids. At their ages I'll bet they find a plant or two that interests them also. The RU is at a park....
I think I do Dennis, I will bring what I have left and put your name on a couple.
