Patrob I have Chocolate Mint if your interested in some.

Prosper, TX(Zone 8a)

DATURA12 I have lots and lots of 4" pots but no trays (I use outside) if you want any I can bring around 150 of them?

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Thanks, Perko. I'd love to have some chocolate mint. I used to have some until the apple mint suffocated it.

Colleyville, TX(Zone 8a)

Stephanie, I have one Mrs. D for you. The skullcap is for my guest Carol. She saw it at my house and loved it, but I didn't get one rooted. Not to worry if you don't have anymore.

Plano, TX

this is for perko

Hot Peppers
Believe it or not, peppers are tropical perennials and can be kept growing and producing for several years. Smaller hot peppers are the easiest to bring indoors, but any pepper is worth a try. As with growing peppers outdoors, they like to be a little dry and a little underfed. But bright direct light is necessary to set flowers and grow peppers. Watch for aphids and fungus gnats. This is me Cheryl :)

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Josephine, I hate to ask, thinking of Frank's back, but is the Arizona ash tree still available? What can I bring for you? If I don't have plants you can use, I can at least bring you some potting soil or compost.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Anna, I have PLENTY of skullcap for Anita. No problemo!

How big does the salvia get?

Josephine, Arlington, TX(Zone 8a)

Pat, yes the ash is still available and I will be very glad to send it home with you.

If you have any liatris left I would like one of those please.

Pat if you don't have liatris I would like little blue stem.

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Thank you, Josephine. I'll bring you liatris and little bluestem grass. I know I can dig more liatris, but I just have not had a moment to get to the spot in the country where it's growing. I will this week-end for sure as I know more people will want some when they see it in bloom.

Josephine, Arlington, TX(Zone 8a)

Thank you Pat, you are a sweetheart, do you need a False indigo? it is very pretty.

Garland, TX(Zone 8a)

Ditto to that, Patricia! If it's the same liatris you gave me a few years ago, it's one of my favorite fall flowers.

Catz, I hate to ask you for anything else, but do you by any chance have any of the purple datura seeds left?

I have added Patricia, Sherill (cypress vine seeds), Cheryl (pickerel reed) and Sylvia (seeds) to my "bring" list. If I'm bringing you something, please check my list to make sure you're on there.

Garland, TX(Zone 8a)

Sherill, cypress vine is so small and delicate, I have never tried to root it, but it's an annual anyway--and thank heavens it is. :) It seeds everywhere. By this time of year everything in my sun bed is buried under it. I am not positive I have seeds ready to harvest yet, but if I don't have any by Oct 10, it's very easy to put them in the mail to you. You'll want to be sure that you spread them where you won't mind it taking over in the fall. Did I mention that I started with just one plant? And that was in a pot? You know it's related to morning glory, right, and grows the same way--right? Just making sure. :)

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Josephine, the false indigo would be very nice to have. Thank you!

Colleyville, TX(Zone 8a)

Stephanie, I think you meant the salvia question for someone else.

Patrob, can't help but to ask for another DL, Sabine Baur. I am compelled to collect! I am happy with a fan, doesn't have to be potted. I found a white katie ruellia if you want or clem Ville de Lyon

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Anna, we are all collectors! I'll put you down for daylily Sabine Baur. It's a small, but well-rooted fan, already potted. I'd love to have a start of your clem Ville de Lyon.

Prosper, TX(Zone 8a)

Linda your right! I just never have enough room to move all mine indoors. Which is why I am thank full that I found all you folks and I can give and trade most of them away. I will keep a Project Prairie Fire and one Chaco as well as my two 4 (soon to be 5) year old Chiltepins.

Prosper, TX(Zone 8a)

Patrob Great! I will pot a good portion up for you and soon you'll have more Chocolate Mint.

Prosper, TX(Zone 8a)

Cheryl yes I know about Cholla Cactus but I have not owned Cacti in several years and am looking to create a special mini desert in my themed bed. I think the Pencil and Cholla as well as some others will look splendid. I like spines and traps, stinging things and strange things.

Pencil cactus (Euphorbia) is not winter hardy so it needs to be in a pot or dug up each fall.
I like the odd too, my fly traps look bad now but my pitcher plants are on fire.
C

Arlington, TX

Ah ok, now I know.

Zexmenia for greta
2 phlox for Josephine in exchange for white datura and a wild petunia
2 phlox for purple datura from catz
seed exchange with Michael, plus some Phlox pilosa

Wish I had more and I might find a few small odds and ends to bring.
I still have Phlox pilosa and a zexmenia if anyone wants to try these plants.

C

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Cheryl....I would love to get a start of your Phlox pilosa and a zexmenia. I have opened up a bit more of my backyard to the sun and need to fill in. Let me know if there is something I can bring you.

Colleyville, TX(Zone 8a)

Patrob, do you still have a start of ghost plant? Let me know if you come across any more peach DL.Aren't RU wonderful for collecting? I just have to squeeze them in the current beds. Sheila, it must be fun to be "redecorating"!

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Advil is my friend!

Yeah my grandmother used to always have some of it growing and I want some to grow along the fence in the backyard. It's an ugly fence. :)
Thanks!

Dallas, TX

Stephanie,

I'll go out today and see if I can get a winter savory transplant for you.

Kate

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Kate, I'd love to have an assortment of coleus or coleus cuttings. Practically none of mine made it through last winter in the greenhouse. Please check my list to see what I can bring for you.

perkoschilifarm

Greta, if you have any of these still available, I would love to have starts of
phlox - John Fanick
and each of the lantanas : Samantha, Irene, trailing purple or white
(Lantana cuttings would be fine as can usually root them successfully.)
Please check my list to see what I can bring for you.

DATURA12

Yeah I've been growing the three Hottest since 2007 which are the Naga Morich, Bhut Jolokia and Bih Jolokia though I found that the Bih and Bhut are the exact same chili in terms of growth, appearance, taste, color, shape and everything else! My Naga's were always hotter than any of the Bih or Bhut Jolokia plant's I had. The Bhut Jolokia is known as Naga jolokia in Assam and in other areas it's commonly called Naga Morich. Yet Naga Morich is just another name for Naga Jolokia and Dorset Naga was developed as a hybrid of Naga Morich.

I got seeds for Naga Morich straight from the source Nagaland! And have acquired seeds for Dorset Naga, and 7 pot from Chilli Seeds in the UK 2 years ago.

I personally lean toward the Naga Morich as I have had superd success with this variety.
