Nice shots and variety everyone!! nanny, on your first not sure bird...I,m not sure either..lol but maybe a Chestnut-sided Warbler...your 2nd one is a Nashville Warbler. Great shot of that Carolina Wren Dave!

Bluebird female checking out the peanuts I put out to attract the bluejays.
This is probably more curiosity than anything else. Bluebirds rarely eat seeds or nuts or even berries if insects are still available.
Picture taken about 10 minutes ago.

Perhaps she thought it was a really big bug.

Always enjoy your bluebirds, Dave. Mine are having to fend for themselves as we are on a month-long trip. I bet they are wondering about the mealworm drought. Enjoyed the warbler pics. They are so hard to photo, just never hold still long enough when they provide you a shot through the leaves.

I agree the second is probably a Nashville....loads of warblers seen today. Mostly Tennessee and I did see one Nasville. Hope to find somehting new when I go thru the photos later!

nanny_56 - I liked the framing of the Tennessee Warbler. Pretty bird.

gardenpom - I really like the looks of your White-winged Dove.

2dCousinDave - those Juvenile mockingbird pics show a real cutie.

reddirtretiree - I totally agree with what 2dCousinDave said about your pic of the Evening Grosbeak.

Mrs_Ed - poor picture, but had an Eastern Wood Pewee - Not.

I think the leaves in front interfered with the auto focus on this Tufted Titmouse.

Oh, well, you still still tell what it is.

My last one for now, is of a Mockingbird at the platform feeder. He visits it quite often.
