Same here Robin, soft rain started sometimes in the night. Starts then stops but is much cooler here now, 64 °F.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Had a good amount so far - 0.85" since yesterday, and hopefully some more today.

Cloudy and 78, with 87% H.

South Hamilton, MA

Our small overnight amount of rain has passed over the ocean. Come on Mother Nature, we need more.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Send me some!!!!!

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

here first!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Sorry - I still need more. When I get about four inches, I'll forward the storm.

Thomaston, CT

Not raining here, but the sky is ominous.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Bill looks like you should get some very soon if it is not already raining. Might get the tail end here if it holds together that long. In between us you folks should batten the hatches for some heavy weather.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

i am down here by you right now pat in attleboro - will have to check the radar to see what the ride home will be like

Huron, OH(Zone 5b)

last week was very hot and humid. Not fun for the county fair. Cooler today.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Well Bill I thought I could see someone waving as they flew by on the interstate. LOL You working out there in the big city or just looking about? Looks like you could have had some up at your home from the radar scan. As has been the case waaaay too often lately it has fizzled and dried up just as it was approaching my little town. Looks like another shot later tonight maybe, a line of rain still in NY may pass this way, if it doesn't fizzle of course.

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

no rain at home pat - really need it!

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

0 inches here. I'm calling a well digger.

South Hamilton, MA

Just a spatter here preceeded by thunder. Bragging but no actual help.

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

I thought I heard thunder....but it was the neighbor's motorcycle.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Hope you don't think you feel rain and find it's the neighbor's dog!

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

Isn't that a Judge Judy book?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Is it?? Have no idea.

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

"Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining" Or really close to that.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Storm missed us again, not a drop here either

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

My 65% chance dwindled to 0%.......again.

Eastern Long Island, NY(Zone 7a)

77°, Rh 81% (ugh...), wind SSW 9mph, cloudy
- drought conditions continuing here...

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

East Bridgewater, MA

It's 3:40am, Boston time....

Just lost power (for a mere 5 seconds) as a storm cell moves thru.

Drenching rain, for a mere 10 minutes. Wish it were more.

I'd gladly give up electricity for an hour of heavy rain.

Thanks WC, I have 3 tropicals and several hardy ones. Getting the tropicals to bloom at the same time this summer has been a challenge.......

Very Nice Pixie!

Dover, PA(Zone 6b)

71*F @78% enough rain again to cause some flash flooding and minor storm damage. The pool and water features are full to the top. You can hear the grass and weeds growing. LOL Ric

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Send the overflow up here will ya! Got another eighth of an inch in a quick flash and dash shower over night to make the grand total for the week a quarter of an inch. Not a lot but better than nothing. Hope to catch a few more showers later today. They say next monday may bring more substantial rain, I hope so we need it. The pattern will switch eventually only hope it is sooner rather than later. Sun coming out now, temp 77 and light SE wind.

Thomaston, CT

Close to 90 today, but with lower humidity...glad the art studio has a/c......

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

eh nuts!!!! only .07"

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

What we need is a region wide good two or three day soaking. I am just in from outside and whew, is it humid. You know one of those "your dripping after three steps out the door" humid days. Got a few things cut back like the perennial digitalis which should have been done sooner but fresh green growth and second bloom can now be seen, also a campanula. And deadheaded a few roses but that was enough in the icky air. Back inside for the AC. Present temp 85 and a light NE breeze now.

South Hamilton, MA

84° sunny no rain at all

Thomaston, CT

No rain expected here until Mon.....LI & the Cape should be getting some soon....the humidity has fallen here....quite nice now.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Hey all. Just back from Manhattan with the kiddies. Was hot walking around. Here we are at 87, after hitting 89. 38% H.

Thomaston, CT

Hope you & the boys had fun......my 5 yr old granddaughter did not like the city when she went for her birthday, but she's shy, like her Nana......

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

What did you do in Manhattan with the kiddies?
