Garden Blooms - 23 1/2

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Having missed a couple of days there is no way to comment on all the lovelies on this and the previous thread. Beautiful shots of garden beds, blooms, new goodies, frogs and water features at home and away. Really great stuff everyone.
A few shots from the last couple of days. The potted Calla Lily has bloomed and getting more golden every day.

This was a bonus lily bulb. It was supposed to be pink and white but is white. It is huge and gorgeous, the best sort of freebie.

Great moth!

Thanks all. All I could think of when I saw that big moth was those old mothra movies, so tacky they were fun to watch.
JoAnn they were only about 24" last year. I was surprised to see how tall they are this year. More sunny days maybe.

I was amazed at the growth of the melon lNOID i have. It has not put out more than 2 blooms on the top of a 36 inch stalk. 2 stalks came this 3rd year and loaded with lilies at 5 feet.
Here is a 3 year diary of the melon one as well the Golden Splendor which has been tall since 2008.

Hi Pat, nice to see you back....am liking Strutter's Ball a lot...didn't know Green Envy turned pink. Gee, JoAnn, aren't you smart to have the photos to track the lilies growth.....too bad mine get smaller every year :(.....someone better find an enemy of the Red Lily beetle.

Patti.I will have to hire a tree service to take care of the 10 foot cosmose and the lilies.

Very nice blooms everyone. Bill, your hh looks gorgeous and the coral reef is pretty as well.
The moth shots are pretty, as is the green envy. Tex is lighting up the forum.
