Robin, love the coloring on that "undamaged" lily
Allison, all your blooms looking great...lots of stuff going on.
Songs everytime I see your pics I am amazed that it is someone's yard, beautiful!
Garden Blooms - 23 1/2
nice jen
Oooo the Scheherazade lily is outstanding peoniae and WHOOO HOOOO Lynette at Valley K has established it at her lily farm so maybe, maybe I could grow that one here ^_^ I have to rework a couple of lily beds this fall so I wasn't planning to order any new ones but methinks I must have that one. Songs I could look at your pond all day sigh.
Patti Landini is a beautiful red! It glows in your pic.
Beauties, ladies.
Christina, how can I be sure that pic is not last year's?!!! ^_^
Victor, you are right, but no doubt it looks totally inviting no matter the year.
Here are some whites, creams and pale yellows. I wish I knew for sure about the one I listed as Lemon? I bought a Buggy Crazy bulb called Lemon, but I think I planted it in the wrong bed, though I am happy with were it showed up. Of course the label is missing. I hate labels. I have spent too much time and money trying to do them and the ones that I need to figure out are always the ones that are missing. Patti
Sooooo pretty Patti
Very nice. The light colors make me feel a tad cooler.
Great pix as usual everyone.
The house looks different.
I planted rosa Night Owl this year, Patti, but no blooms yet....yours is very pretty....and a white lupine...lovely!
Nope. The rocks in the waterfall are different. (admittedly, it is not as noticeable in these pics as it would be in a closeup.)

When I say house, I mean rocks.
Patti, I love your lilies. I would love to have more, but the red lily beetles decimate my small patch each year. I have tried everything from hand picking twice daily to chemicals but nothing seems to work on them.
LOL
Tee hee Victor. I was thinking oh no it's going to be like "Where's Waldo?" and I can never find Waldo without a kidlings help. Songs will you please post a pic from last year so I can see the change. I can't find a former pic (yes busted I was trying to cheat by looking back at old pics).
SOJ, We need to all come up for a personal tour and inspection of your perfect endless stream. I would like to see Victor's pond too.
Seeing yours, I know I need more astilbe. The impatiens that I plant per your suggestion in the crevices in the rocks along the edge of the stream are growing beautifully. No one can believe that they just grow in the water. Perfect for the edge. Patti
Very nice. In Disney, they have impatiens in the floating beds. Wet all the time.
Patti,
I would welcome any and all visitors :) Maybe some year I'll host an RU. Once school is done! This year my garden is being sadly neglected due to endless essays and the dreaded thesis!
Edited to add, Patti, your stream is looking gorgeous! I love the way the impatiens fill in the crevices, don't you?

i have a real pond in the back - a small man made one with stream and waterfall would be nice - i know where it will go just need to pull the trigger and start digging - maybe next year.....................
