Nice bloom parade, Tex68, ngam, Pixie, venu, ge1836...gosh you all have wonderful photos from your gardens!!! The irises sure are beautiful, I missed out getting pics at Schreiner's this year when the garden was in full bloom. Darn it!

How do they do that.All those poppies at the same height and straight?
Mine dont grow in big patches like that.There just isnt enough room.

Here is the Florida Sieboldi I planted mid May.Bought it from Donehues.I think its the smallest plant I ever saw, Some of the others in the order didnt make it.

Correction: the hydrangea I posted as Sharona is actually Blaumeise. I've been singing to the wrong plant.

Your flower bed with the hosta sure looks nice I think I see heuchera lilies and a maple. You just have ta love them hostas for their luscious leaves!

Wonderful pics. Love the hummer shots specially the second pic, rose quartz rock and TBIs. JoAnn 's lilies and the poppies from GGK. The container and the beautiful canna. Hard to keep up with all these beauties.
The sun came out for a very short time last evening and these guys took advantage of it.

My 10 foot cosmose.Honest Allison's seed said so.Might even get taller.September is the cut off for measuring and pixing.
The seeds were direct sowed May 8.This plant is over 12 inches.
It drove me nuts not to know so I measured 15 inches.Thats 4 inches in 6 days.

I threw lots of cosmos seed in my cutting garden.....many are up, but none that tall yet. Most of the packages were mixed flower seeds......some interesting foliage has come up....can't wait to see what blooms.
