The kids slept on the bunk bed fir the first time last night.

Tornado warning for conn. Lynchberg county I think. A line of rain is headed this way too. Anyone out by Waterbury keep an eye out.

That was Litchfield County, Pat....my county....I walked Robs, no problem. Just before I got back to car with Suey, thunder started....came home & watched the Mets lose....turned to a local station & heard the warning just as it expired.....the storm wasn't bad, but the rain was so heavy it left standing water in my raised beds.

Glad everything is okay Robin. We had some rain last evening too but no thunder. Temp is 54 degrees with overcast skies and a light NE wind. Should see some sun sometime today.

Same here, partly sunny but 66 right now. Humidity is at 56%, we are suppose to make it to 74 today but it's not feeling like it.

I'll be opening the pool today or tomorrow. Not a favorite task.

Stayed in the 60s...watched the girls because Grant had adenoids out & ear tubes in....HayHay had the some surgery on Mon.....emotional week for me.

Humidity was high today otherwise I would have enjoyed being outside

Instead of the sun burning off the clouds it has gotten darker and more gloomy. Now it is raining. Probably won't last long but I am getting a little tired of the cloudy rainy weather for the last several days. Still 66 degrees with light westerly wind.

It's been raining here for 2 hours, thunder in the area. The Army Corps of Engin. is celebrating the 50th anniversary of our dam today....lots of tents, but I'm not going down...a shame, they had a lot of activities planned.

It was humid here, but not too hot so it did not feel as bad.

Stayed mostly overcast until 3:30 this afternoon. DD's best friends wedding was at 4 on the lake.....it turned out perfect! The sun shined and so did the bride.^_^

Yesterday they said sun in the morning - no sun all day. 3:30 this morning the lights went out. Something strange is going on as its happened like 3 times in 1 month.

Overcast drizzle and rain. Pretty much sums it up for today again. They really messed up the weekend forecast here. No sun at all at anytime. so far. Idiot keeps talking about sun breaking through here and there. Must be all there 'cause it sure isn't here. Wet humid and dreary. Temp is 60 degrees. Very light easterly wind flow. Not a good sign to get rid of clouds.
Pretty pic of the wedding and bride. At least they had sun there so that was a good thing.

Went out to check how much rain we got yesterday and over night. Looks like about an inch. Drizzle still coming down. Snagged about a dozen slugs so the wet dismal weather isn't a total waste.
