Today's Weather in Your Garden - 71
Low 80s here, high humidity, but a nice breeze.
currently 80. Chance of rain tomorrow and sun. Glad the graduation is held inside sun.
Congrats to your daughter!
Thanks!
Ditto, congrats!
74°, 49% humidity, wind SSE 5mph
Heavy downpour and thunder early this morning. Sun is coming out now. Temp is 69 degrees with a light SW wind. More showers this afternoon probably. One good thing about the dark wet start to the day was that I finally caught about ten nasty slugs that have been munching a section of my garden. They will no longer be dining at this restaurant. ^_^
81°, wind WSW 5mph, Rh 43%, partly sunny
Going to be a hot one today, supposed to get heavy thunderstorms tonight, (looking forward to them, we need rain), spent hours yesterday watering the lawns. dragging hoses... lol
OMG we just got a monson!! Down pours, thunder & lightening, could barely see the house next door. Lost internet & cable for a few hours, still raining thank goodness the wind is calm!

Finally rain. Real rain. Thunder and lighting. Patti
Alternating clouds and sun. Very muggy. Temp 82 and there are some light showers showing up on the radar.
Tornado watch for eastern NY state and most of New England. T storms starting to pop up along north and south borders of Ma. Hold on to your hats folks this could be a bumpy ride.
In the 80s & very muggy! Babysat, walked the dogs, now I'm beat!
Tornado watch in effect for our area until 10m.....so far just T & L storms.

Rain postponed until tomorrow here.
Radar is looking promising. Should see something soon!

Victor, ethereal!!! Big wow. Patti
Thanks. I see the watermark covered the bolt!
Ahhh yes I see it now, a baby lightning bolt! lol!
Sun is out but the it is hazy. Never got a any more rain except for a 45 min downpour. Better than nothing.
I am going out now to try to do some weeding and plant a sale order from Bluestones. I already watered the containers that didn't get rained on this morning, so I am feeling better. This will be the last of the planting except my Shirazz maple which DH picked up in Hyannis on Friday and then he drove it to Vt for the weekend. He is coming back today. The airline said they would fly it over as luggage. It will be a well travelled plant by the time it gets here. Have a good day all. Patti
Nice lightening pic Victor. Hope that is the amount I see here today, nice small and far away.
Patti that JM of yours will be better traveled than me this summer. LOL Good luck with it.
Overcast, humid and the temp at present is 74 degrees. Looks like a small shower overnight but mostly just made it a lot ickier (is that a weather term) as far as the air is concerned. Could have some nasty storms later. Would not mind if they missed here.
Raining again today at 59 but no Tornado warnings. ^_^
Brian's B-Day today....he's bumming as rain means no tractor time. LOL
Sun is breaking out now. Usually a good thing but today will only encourage stronger t-storms.
Tornado watch for the entire area until 8. Violent t-storms all over. 85 with 61% H.
Jumper~ All safe where you are?? Read Ohio had some terrible storms last night, 50 homes destroyed and several people killed. Hope all is well with you!
Back to overcast with light rain shower. Temp 74 degrees, no wind at all and still muggy.
So far, it look like all the storms are off to the NW.
Wind has picked up substantially from the south. Mostly cloudy and 76 degrees. Looks like some rain on the way.
We're about to get pounded.
Over for now. 0.15 inch. Was really heavy for a short time (rate was 3 inches per hour) and the wind gusts hit over 25 mph.
Check out this solar eruption from Apr 19th. Takes a while to load, but worth the wait.
