Hee hee! Didn't realize Karen and I were begging to differ at the same time! ^_^
Garden Photo's Part 10
I am too tired to beg
:)
I don't care about using chems, I eat them, I drink them, I inhale them and I live in NY!
-To top it off, when it rains I get everything there is up there, so I'm not fooling myself (lol!)
Nice shot! (& combo ☺)
Here's 'Striptease' again with hosta 'Fire And Ice' to the left and a new epimedium to the right. Last pic for tonight.
Karen
taking after me... no picture in your last post
Ramona is a great shade
Yes - it's one of my favorites. Photos do not do it justice.
Bill - forgot to congratulate you on a successful thread start! ^_^
Nice, you got some sunny weather today! (esp like D. Gold.)
Thanks - only early in the day.
Very nice, Victor! I especially love the physocarpus shot.
Karen
Thanks, Karen.
Night, all!
Night to you, too!
Karen
Nice pictures everyone.
I keep hoping this year my clematis will leap. Nice shots of them Victor.
nutsfordaylily love that shot of Hosta 'Dancing In The Rain' with hyacinthoides and Primula seiboldii too.
Here is an album of our garden for this year through last week. Most are labeled. Enjoy. Patti http://picasaweb.google.com/bbrookrd/ALBUMSPRING2010?authkey=Gv1sRgCN6W29m9sIf7bg&feat=directlink#
OMG Patti, just beautiful!!!!!! Thank you for sharing!
WOW patti - i like that bronze frog! - way to organized:)
Thanks, Pixie and Wha That frog was the what I gave my DH for Xmas. I found it in a shop in Brattleboro on Dec 24th, after having looked for a couple of years for the right bronze frog everywhere I went. He is perfect. I noticed you didn't comment on the gnome. He now has some mushrooms around him, yet to be photographed. I know you are waiting with baited breath. Patti
not a fan of gnomes - they end up in my nightmares, they can be vicious little guys:)
I love them! Too funny Bill!
I don't love them, but you know when you see something that needs to go home with you, it kind of just ends up in the cart. That gnome just hopped on board. No nightmares yet. He has been well behaved, so far. Patti
What a lovely thread, Bill! Your gardens are superb! Are those all your creations of birdhouses on the left in the background of one of your shots? I also like your blue pots as accents. Just beautiful!!
Your Nellie is quite a trooper, Grammy! Very pretty!
Karen - that memorial plaque for your Mom and your "forever tulip" are so nice!! Good job on your gardens too! I'm so happy you posted the "Dancing....." I bought two last year and both are up. I'm liking what I see of yours!
Victor - is President really a rose? Beautiful color!
Patti - that is a spectacular collection of beautiful Spring photos! Your gardens must draw passersby to stop and gawk!!!
Wow.....great photos everyone! Karen, what a nice plaque remembering your Mom....Patti, really liked your irises, & everything else!
DonnieBrook, No gawkers as it can't be seen from the road. No one sees it, but us & a couple of friends as well as the guy who mows the yard. He likes it a lot. He calls it his secret Eden! And then the UPS and Fed X drivers and the garbage collector who get to see a tiny bit of it. Then I selectively share it with all of you on DG. I think I may actually have a DG visitor this summer who is coming over to visit her Island friends and plans on stopping by. That will be fun. Patti
Just beautiful, Patti! Lucky for those who do have a chance to stop by! I'm sure it makes the day of the UPS people, etc.
thx louise - yup those are the birdhouse patti wants to take home with her - i mean yes i made those a few years ago:)

You got that right! Those birdhouses are amazing and I can't wait to see the one you made this spring, similar to Ge1836's. Patti
Well, if you end up missing a couple, don't look at me!!! LOL And be sure to give us plenty of notice before you show up here for your next visit!
DonnieBrook, I called double dibs on them already, so you best not get them before me. Patti
