That purchase was for Jack. He loves stop you in your tracks ORANGE.
All I can say about the deutzia is that I purchased a chardonnay, planted a chardonnay but there's always a few question marks involved when I rely on my memory:) It's in full blazing sun.

Asao and Pink Flamingo are in a dead heat for who's going to unfurl first.

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

I'll do layersss ^_^

Peoniae...your peony is going to be a show stopper!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

you are too good to me... thank you!!... I learned from Victor there is always space for a nice clem!!!... nepetas attract hummers or not?.. looks like a tubey flower

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

I don't know about hummers, it's a good groundcover though. I didn't have to mulch where the nepeta is. It is invasive, the blue moreso than the white.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

the slope the vinca & phox are on... I can use something like that... less to mess with.. is it one that gets ugly when it's hot?

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

They can get a bit straggly. I shear them after each bloom cycle to keep them neat.. A scythe (sp?) would work fine. They're tough.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

that might get Randy moving!!!
