Better shot, Rama, but still not sure. How big is the shrub? Are the leaves opposite each other on the stem?
Rama it looks like Viburnum of some sort.

Venu you have a lot of blooms already, beautiful. Makes me impatient to see some more start here.
Patti all that digging and planting last fall sure has paid off with a ton of gorgeous spring flowers. All of them are just lovely.

Doing a dance of joy cuz its finally raining but down side is the tulips stay closed. Everything looks wonderful. Patti Happy Generations is one of my favs and is doing well in my garden. I also have the aquilegia "Crimson Star" ^_^ (or at least that's what mine's called)

I does resemble a viburnum. That's why I asked about the leaves. Viburnum's are opposite. Most are alternate.
