Been a mad day of rush yesterday. But at least didn't encounter any insolent nor inconsiderate people on the highway!

Looks like I will have to forego the easter swap LK. Still need to pack two swaps and one Susan's box.. then get busy with sewing!

I have boxes packed, just need to send - one to Maid M, and one to Jaye..... gosh I feel so bad. They've been waiting to be sent since Dec....... (2009!! I'm not That much of a procrastinator lol)

Good news - got pre-approved for a mortgage of $250,000, with a d/p of $25,000 makes for a home worth $275,000.
There are some quite nice homes here for that amount.
Now, to get the balance - we only have $20,000, and if we can sell our home for $25,000 we can pay lawyer fees, realtor, etc...

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY KEL!!!

My dad and his girlfriend left at about noon, and they wore me out! We spent Thurs, Fri, and all day and half the night yesterday in Hot Springs, I'll get some pics downloaded someday soon.

I haven't seen my dad in about 1 1/2 years, so it's been awhile. It was great to see him, and Yvette is so funny, I just love her!

I'll chat more, making mac and cheese, and just want to sit in front of the boob tube for awhile.

Thank you all for Kel's well wishes. He certainly has been spoilt since Friday, and today, he got a real nice surprise from an unexpected sweetheart!

LK, I love fruits, but can't have too much of them!! One year I went crazy eating 1 gallon blueberries and one overiped mango all at the same seating!!! Shot up my blood glucose!
So.. I'll just take one sliced orange..

Too many fruits for anyone is not good!
I started taking Meridia for my weight loss, and I am trying to stay away from all the carbs, and starchy food! So I stocked up on apples, oranges, green grapes, and peaches.
