Sorry for the delay....busy busy busy and the puter seems to suck time if I touch it. Fine with me as well. As a matter of fact, Willow, I would love to have you e-mail a copy to me as well so I can have it without the watermark. Have a great day all!
Greenshed Party
Oh, yeah, can you email to me too! Thanks.
Gwen I have your email but not Julie's.
Pat, it should be on that roster that we all have. I'm at work and don't have access to that right now.
I'm in no hurry. I don't know off-hand where that roster would be placed.
It's the one I emailed you a month or so ago. I'm actually driving over to eastern WA straight from work today and will be back sometime Saturday.
Got it. Thanks
Looks like it was a really fun day- I'm sorry I wasn't able to go. Love the pics... you have a gorgeous place, Willow!
Thanks pony. We wish you could have come too.
Okay with me and you can tag it! Ha
How I wish I could have been there - lovely home, gardens, people, and doggie!
It will be good to see you in May, Carol. I hope you don't plan on stressing because you'll have visitors and will take the time to wander around with us. If I had my choice, I'd rather see a few nettles and more of you!
I spent some time in the greenshed today. I planted 100 seeds. Have them on the heat mat and under the grow-light. Finished washing up all the dirty pots in the sink and cleaned it all up. Oh I have to download the picture of the hanging deal. I'll be right back.
Look at that. Your shed looks like it's meant for business!! What seeds did you sow?
45 marigolds, 15 coleus, 10mixed color trailing lobelia, 15 sapphire blue trailing lobelia and 15 impatients. All the marigolds will go in the beds with peonies and iris. Then I will sow some cosmos out with them. The rest will go in the courtyard in containers.
They are going to be so pretty in your garden.
I hope!
Excellent!! I absolutely love marigolds. I didn't start any seeds other than Julie's fancy marigolds, but I have calendula and zinnia, which I also love.
Gaaaa! Slugs ate my four 'Julie' marigolds. (#@*&%
Willow that apron looks so cute hanging there in your greenshed. And the hanging thingy is perfect. But promise us you won't sleep out there!
What a fabulous use for a shoe organizer thingy! I cannot imagine having so many shoes, so that is a far more practical use for it.
Oh - summer. So sorry. Darned $%%$# slugs!
I can imagine having that many shoes - I confess to liking shoes. All kinds of shoes. And boots.
What a beautiful day. The sun is out!
My daughter-in-law owns a shoe store in Bellingham, if you are ever in the area. Lots of very fashionable shoes, none very practical. I have more shoes now than I have ever had in my life. Doing my part to be supportive... Last time we visited, my husband asked if we couldn't just give her a $50 and not come home with yet another shoe box. Nope.
LOL
I love shoes. Isn't that a mandatory female thing. I love purses too!
What's the name of the shop? I haven't been to B'ham lately but next time I'm there, I'll stop in. B'ham is such a fun place!
I don't like shoes OR purses. I know, I'm weird. I haven't carried a purse for years now - have a little wallet that fits in my back pocket (I almost always am wearing jeans - the rare time I don't have a pocket, it is a real issue for me!). I love having my arms free! I would like shoes if my feet weren't such a problem - can't wear the cute little strappy types anymore due to bunions and having orthotics.
The store is Mi Shoes and it is on Railroad Avenue right downtown. Cute little shop in one of the old narrow storefronts with the original brick wall on one side. Murmur, I agree with you, so find it rather difficult to keep buying shoes that I really don't wear very often. And I have to wonder why mens clothing in general always has pockets whereas womens all too often does not. I recently ordered a fleece sweatshirt online that had a fake kangaroo pocket in front - hugely disappointed and couldn't figure out what the point was. I usually check for pockets before ordering but guess I didn't real the actual description. Weird.
I love shoes and still have a couple of friends in Bellingham from when I lived there way back. That sounds like a neat little shop. Do they have a web page?
I discovered Easy Spirit 'Travel Time ll's. I got them in every color and that's all I wear all year. Got some sherling liners for them and I'm a happy camper. The thing I dislike most is having to wonder about things like clothes to wear or what to eat. So I eat the same thing most days and get lots of what I like to wear. I also bought a wallet on a strap that holds all one needs plus cell phone so I can throw away my old purse.
Simplify!
